Have been coming here for 14 years. A superb practice and we recommend Southwest Smiles absolutely without reservation! And Dr. C is the greatest.
Do not go to this place. They do a poor job and have awful patient care. Tons of good dentists in town, they are not one of them.
Dr. Chittajallu has been my dentist for several years. Her entire staff is so nice and efficient, and the hygienists are gentle on your mouth. I have never had a bad experience here. When my kids transitioned out of pediatric dentistry, they became Southwest Smiles patients because I trust them.
Best in town(mic drop) I’m sad that we can’t see hygienist smile or face, but always the best time every 6 months.
If you are looking for great practice to take care of all of your dental needs, look no further than Southwest Smiles. I have been a patient for over 10 years now and have never had a bad experience. Dr. Chittajallu and her entire staff are welcoming, thorough, and always concerned with patient comfort. My husband converted over to this practice a couple of years ago and has never looked back. I HIGHLY recommend!
“I’m so excited to go to the dentist!” -said NO ONE, ever. However, there is a beautiful light over this sarcastic comment. Southwest Smiles is that light. If you’re looking for a dentist whom is kind, patient (in explaining all that may be needed), has a wicked sense of humor and the ENTIRE staff is not just friendly but genuinely comes across as happy to be there… here’s your dentist. From scheduling my appointment initially, to my follow up appointments… INCREDIBLY simple. The cleaning itself was a level of professionalism I had never experienced before…(I started to fall asleep in the chair). The explanation of billing is verbally clarified on the 1st visit, and your given a approximate cost that day of what your insurance should be covering. AND IT MAKES SENSE! This location is on the west side of Slaughter after the Loop 1 connection. It’s the corner suite #200, there are two entrances if driving west, and if driving east, there’s one at the corner light to turn in. Plenty of parking, even if you drive a big truck or van. I honestly could not say more kind words about the service & overall genuineness of this dentist office.
