SpaDental Ledbury

I recently moved to Ledbury and joined Spa Dental practice. Sadly, my experience has been shocking. I have had repeated cancelled appointments and changes emailed to me, without prior discussion. I contacted the practice again to notify them of these issues, and although I received an apology, they still needed again to change my appointment. I have given in, and will be moving to an organised, professional practice. I would advise others to bear this in mind when looking towards Spa Dental Ledbury...and maybe save yourself the upset and look elsewhere from the start.

Honestly amazing - had a fear of dentists from a childhood trauma but not only did the team see see me through that, every visit was basically painless! Nader and Charlie are a great duo, very professional, yet friendly and relaxed, putting even the most nervous of patients at ease.

Although having a filling is not my idea of a good time, everything was done very professionally and the dentist put me at my ease with his friendly, relaxed manner. I experienced no pain during the procedure and very little afterwards. A good soundtrack helped!

So very friendly from as soon as you go through the door and up until you have had your treatment and leave….no pain whatsoever 😊I will never be afraid to go to the dentist again.

Spa dental at Ledbury dealt with a very difficult dental problem at short notice. From the initial phone call they were amazing. The welcome from Tessa was 1st class and professional, The Dental team that carried out the procedure were excellent, and compassionate to my needs.I also visited Spa at Tewkesbury, who too were absolutely brilliant. I would never consider going anywhere else in the future. I received follow up after care phone calls to see how I was over Christmas, which was very reassuring. An outstanding Dental practice.

EXCELLENT. Booked a direct hygienist appointment, which I couldn't get from my previous dentist without a check-up next month then a further month or more of delay to be treated. By then I'd have developed a gum infection. So I called Spa, got an appointment IMMEDIATELY and the job done REALLY thoroughly. Nobody looks forward to treatment, but they did a super job with great care and consideration. RECOMMENDED.
