I have been going to Alabama Family Dental for several months now. Primarily working with Dr Whately’s assistant/consultant Carleigh. She is very knowledgeable and methodical in her approach at each appointment visit. All the dental tools and equipment are layed out in order for the up coming visit. As a patient I already know what to anticipate because Carleigh had informed me during the previous visit and I need that confident assurance she projects. It’s very personal for me to have someone in my space/face literally during these necessary procedures and I thank Carleigh and the Alabama Family Dental for making this process tolerable for me. Another family member at Alabama Family Dental that truly makes this place unique is the Insurance, Finance representative, otherwise the ‘Money Lady’ Niya Mia-Mya (whatever). No matter what your financial circumstances happens to be Niya can work out a payment arrangement with you. Wether cash, credit card, checks , insurance or payment plan, you have options. She has the most open engaging and unique personality of anyone I have ever met. She’ll take all your money by your choice and you’ll be happy about it , very unique lady. The diverse personalities at Alabama Family Dental is what makes it a Family experience.
Went here because I needed a dentist closer to me. They told me I had 8 cavities, one of which needed a root canal and a crown. Went somewhere else, they told me I had 2 cavities, both of which were fixable via fillings. Do not let them fool you, they only want to make as much money off of you as possible.
Alabama Family Dental is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been too. The staff up front was great and my hygienist Laurel done a really nice job like always.Dr. Nguyen was also very amazing.
Everyone that has ever helped me at Dr. Whatley’s office has been wonderful!!!!!! Miah is always happy to help in any way!!! All of the employees at this office is willing to help me with a great attitude and never complains about doing their job! Dr. Whatley’s is the greatest dentist I have ever had!! I have never felt one stick that he uses to deaden my gum!! He the greatest with the greatest office staff and clinical staff!! EVERYONE is great!! A two state search for implants led me to Dr. Scott. I was given a customized plan for my specific health needs. Counseled, guided through each step. Called after hours(follow ups) by doctor and Suzanne as well. These are only a few of the "above my expectations". At Springhill Clinic it is all about you, not a rush in-out-done. They commit themselves with professional excellence and kindness for you, your time and your comfort. Thank you Dr. Scott, Suzanne and Crystal. I brought you a mess of a mouth(from a prior dental establishment's lack of competence or caring). You have restored my confidence in your profession and have all earned my respect and gratitude.
