About Springfield Dentures and Implants

An advertised per-implant price almost never covers what you end up paying, and the gap is worth understanding before you start collecting quotes. A single implant figure typically refers to the fixture alone. Removing the failing tooth, grafting the socket so it holds its shape, the abutment that connects the parts, and the crown or denture attachment on top are each priced separately. For a full arch the same logic applies at larger scale. Insurance rarely rescues the total either, since implant benefits sit behind the same annual cap as everything else. The useful question at a consultation is not the per-implant price but the all-in figure for your specific mouth.

Springfield Dentures and Implants takes a narrower approach than most dental offices in town. The practice states plainly that it works only on implants, extractions and dentures, and leaves fillings and root canals to others. That focus shows in what is on the menu — full-arch implant bridges, snap-in implant-retained dentures, single implants and bridges, conventional full and partial dentures, and the extractions that precede them. There is a dental laboratory on site, which shortens turnaround on new dentures and repairs, and same-day denture options are available. Consultations are free, and the office runs a best-price guarantee against comparable written treatment plans, so bringing a competitor's quote with you is a reasonable thing to do.

The address is Suite K at 3259 East Sunshine Street in Oak Grove, on the east Sunshine corridor between Glenstone and Highway 65 — an easy drive from Rogersville or Ozark, considerably less so from the far northwest side of the city. First visits are built around an examination and a written cost comparison rather than immediate treatment, which gives you something concrete to take away and weigh against other offices. Hours run 8am to 4pm Monday through Thursday and close at noon on Friday. One honest caveat about implant-retained dentures: the attachments inside them are wearing parts and need replacing periodically, so factor that maintenance into the long-run cost instead of treating the quote as a final number.

This Oak Grove practice works only on implants, extractions and dentures, and says so plainly rather than presenting itself as a general dental office. Full-arch implant bridges, snap-in implant dentures, single implants, and conventional full and partial dentures are turned around faster by an on-site laboratory, with same-day denture options available. Consultations are free and the office runs a best-price guarantee against comparable written plans. Friday closes at noon. Budget for attachment maintenance on implant-retained dentures.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this practice not offer fillings or root canals?
The office states openly that it concentrates on implants, extractions and dentures rather than general dentistry. The trade-off is real: you will keep a separate dentist for check-ups, cleanings and restorative work, but the team here does tooth replacement all day, every day. If you want one office for absolutely everything, this is not it. If you want depth in one narrow area, it is.
What does having a laboratory on site actually change?
Most dental offices send denture work to an outside laboratory, which adds shipping days to every fitting stage and every repair. With technicians in the same building, adjustments and remakes can happen while you wait or within the same day, and same-day denture options become possible at all. It also removes a markup layer from the chain, which is part of how the pricing stays lower.
How does a best-price guarantee work in practice?
You bring a written treatment plan from another office for comparable work, and the practice matches or beats the total. The word doing all the work in that sentence is comparable. Check that both plans list the same number of implants, the same materials, and whether extractions, grafting and the final prosthesis are included. Two quotes that look far apart often differ mainly in what they quietly leave out.

I had a positive initial experience, but I was provided with a final product that does not match the materials specified in my signed treatment plan. I paid $3,000 per arch for cast metal partials, but what I received was an acrylic top partial with a wire, and a lower partial made entirely of acrylic and clear plastic with no metal framework. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office to resolve this discrepancy, I was repeatedly told I would receive a callback today, but no one has followed up. I originally chose this office because they seemed trustworthy and professional, so it is incredibly disheartening to experience this lack of communication and resolution regarding such an expensive investment. Edit: I posted the photos to show the partials I got as you can see they arent cast metal to my knowledge from what ive researched. Updating from 1 to 3 stars because the overall experience was good until the end. I did get a call from the office and they are refunding around $1700, so we will see. I still feel like im getting the short end of the stick, I paid $6k for cast metal partials and paying $4300 for acrylic partials seems like im being way overcharged. On a positive note I like how they fit/look but I never would of agreed to pay $4300 for acrylic partials.

I went in to get a second opinion and liked what I heard. Decided to go with Springfield Dentures and Implants that day. I was having a lot of teeth problems and they took all my teeth out and now I have temporary teeth while I heal. I was very happy with the price and with the way they handled everything for me. The Dr. did a great job with everything as I am very high stressed with anything to do with my teeth. It’s only been a week since my surgery but I already look and feel so much better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for implants. I have to say I thought it would be so much worse than it was. That tells me that they are truly great at what they do.

Hands down the most caring and knowledgeable people in this line of work. Very compassionate, they feel like family. I had a ton of questions over a weeks period after my free consultation. Drew and Liz always welcomed the questions and are very friendly and personable. They have multiple ways to help you figure out payments and had plenty of options. Dr. Vogl and his assistant ( I need to ask her name and the name) are very compassionate and wonderful at their jobs. The Dr is also a comedian lol he always makes me laugh. If I could give them more than five stars I most definitely would!! I had two implants and plan on doing my full mouth in the near future with them.

I went here for a second consult on fixing my teeth. After having children, my teeth just broke down. I’ve spent thousands of dollars to keep them up over the years, but the pain was just too much. They took the time to explain, in detail, each option and price point. I immediately felt at home, it’s not a fancy, boutique style dentist but the kind where you know they do things good and true. The atmosphere was also relaxed and I felt like part of the “family.” They were patient and answered every question. I went home to think about it and called back within the hour to schedule an appointment for all on x, both upper and lower. I went in again for my scans, sign waivers, and to go over the surgery day. Less than four weeks away and I’ll have a new smile! Would absolutely recommend. Also, the price was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than my first consult.
