The front desk person is always friendly and seems genuinely happy to see you walk through the front door. The treatment rooms are always spotless. There is almost a running commentary as the hygienist works their way around your mouth. Highly recommend.

Staff is pleasant and helpful. Technician Barbie is very gentle and thorough, and tells you what is going on at all times.

When we moved to Cimarron Hills, we saw Springs Dental being very close to us and decided to go. My wife wears dentures and had an issue with one of her anchors cracking last year around May 2025. Initially Dr. Sites started working on the replacement plans for the lower anchors. After some time, we were surprised with a new Doctor taking over. That Doctor I cannot remember his name but he performed the surgery to replace the lower anchors. After the first visit after the surgery, we were surprised with a completely new front desk staff and Dr. Young taking over. From there, it was excuses after excuses. First we were told that the Doctor that did the surgery retired, then were told that he took a higher position with corporate, and so on. When Dr. Young took over, she never presented herself in the first 3-4 months from the change in November and it wasn't until my wife and I started complaining wanting to know what was going on that she finally spoke with her. 5-6 months after the surgery they finally installed the lower anchors and in less than a month, the lower anchors loosened and my wife almost swallowed one. When she called to try and make an emergency appointment to get the anchors reattached and tightened properly, the front desk staff treated it like a non issue and told her that Dr. Young was on vacation and would not be back for another two weeks and she may have an opening then. Adding that no one knew where the tool to tighten the anchors was at. My wife picked up the anchor attachments and the necessary paperwork to go see another Dental Surgeon tomorrow to figure out a way froward and getting them reattached properly. We spent over $8,000 on her dental work and will now have to probably spend another couple of thousand dollars to get her lower dentures fixed. I DO NOT recommend that people go to Springs Dental Care. The only thing that they probably have going for them is their dental techs who were more caring and attentive to the patients than the Dentists and front staff.

1 month update - still recommended and appreciated (although their lab partnership might need reconsidered, double reworks were required). Huge thank you to Dr. Gils and Navia. Original Review: Emergency dental required A huge thank you to Dr. Young & Drea for their expertise, patience (especially with an overly active gag reflex 😅), and genuine care. This was our first visit due to an emergency, and Springs Dental Care made a terrifying day feel calm, almost like a routine checkup. I was also surprised to learn how much dentistry technology has advanced: lasers, smaller X-ray cameras, and so much more. Thank you again!

This place really needs to have a lower star rating here on google. I went here trying to establish care at a dentist in the springs, and they tried to tell me that i had periodontal disease, and a cavity. They then tried to make me schedule a deep cleaning that had to be scheduled 2 separate days with a bunch of lasers and stuff. They also tried to tell me that I had a cavity that needs filled. I went to get a second opinion at my significant others dentist and they told me I had no periodontal disease or anything like that and checked 3 times for the cavity they were talking about and said I did not have one at all. Going into this dentist I expressed that I already had dental anxiety and instead of making me feel more relaxed, the doctor just looked at me and talked to me like I was stupid and I left this place in tears. If I could give this place 0 stars I would because this is the worst dental practice I have ever been to. Go to Springs Dentistry instead.

Doctor Shergill was excellent, very friendly and gentle and professional. Highly recommend. Nadja was also very friendly and professional.

Wonderful back office staff, front office needs more help, organization, and professionalism. Would recommend care elsewhere. This office tends to forget to call patients back, lot of disorganization and loud music. Any personal call you try to take there will be swiftly reprimanded by calling your name many times so you are interrupted (after communicating to front desk of a time sensitive call you were expecting). Although, front office staff can take personal calls to their girlfriend with no interruption from me (patient)? To hurry the patient, more loud music! Even after contacting management, little no change is made. Never was I scheduled for additional needed work. The only thing that was prioritized was the personal call taken by the front office. Will take my services elsewhere, would not recommend to mothers or children. Not a patient office by any means. Ownership keeps changing here, going to a consistently locally-owned office in Downtown Colorado Springs.

Jillian and Barbie are fantastic! I've been going to dentists since I was 3 and Springs Dental Care is not only my favorite, but hands down the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great experience. Recommend!
