Square One Dental

My experience started off great from the moment I walked into the clinic. The reception staff quickly and politely checked me in. Then, Sandra looked after me very well. She was patient, gentle and thorough with the cleaning and in taking the x-rays. Followed by Dr. Sunita who was equally wonderful. She checked my x-rays and my teeth that they have been monitoring and explained everything clearly. Everyone had exceptional bedside manners. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a dental clinic.

From the very beginning my visit starts with the friendly, professional, and efficient front desk staff. The hygienist was very thorough and efficient as well as friendly (wish I could talk better with cleaning tools in my mouth lol). I highly recommend Dr. AL. He is very professional and kind taking the time to explain everything in great detail. He did not seem to tire at all with my many questions. Thank you Square One Dental

Made an appt. for Feb. 24 @ 9am. I haven’t been there for awhile and they knew that. Arrived for a cleaning and they only did half my mouth, claiming I had a lot of tartar buildup.. fine. But no brushing or flossing was done. Only listerine before and a fluoride rinse after. They knew I hadn’t been there for awhile, they could’ve had me reschedule for a back to back up appt. So now they want me to come back again for the other side of my mouth and pay another $200.

I had the pleasure to visit the clinic today, it was a wonderful visit with the receptionists as well as the kind sweet Hygienist Sandra who is professional and loves what she does with care and experience. She explains every step and guide you to the right way to maintain your teeth and gum as well (very valuable advice) I left the office with a happy feeling as there is still individuals around us who take pride in what they do. Thanks a lot square one staff.

Usually when there's hype, it cannot end up meeting such demanding expectations but Sandra exceeded all the wax lyrical. Super thorough whilst not forgetting checking on pain level throughout the cleanup! Giving pro tips, caring, flexible and considerate...words don't do her justice. When thinking of your next cleaning, do yourself a favour and ask for her. I will refer everyone I know and send much prayers 🤲 Much thanks to the receptionists who were helpful and clear in explaining fees vis-a-vis insurance coverage.
