Despite the fact that I went through some hiccups getting a crown on my implant which failed twice, Dr David Leung was able to fix the issue with care and was kind enough to be able to resolve some of the finance issues.
I’ve always had a phobia of dental clinics, and unfortunately, I lost a few teeth because I kept avoiding them. My latest visit to Square One Dental proved just how wrong I had been. During an hour-long reconstruction of a front tooth that was almost completely gone, I was so comfortable that I was actually about to fall asleep! Thank you, guys, for making the whole experience so comfortable and for helping me walk out with a smile I never thought I’d be confident enough to put on my face again!
Srishti is an amazing person. She was very polite, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. When I had an issue with my insurance provider, she personally called them and helped find a quick solution. Even after closing hours, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate all her help and support. The doctor was also very kind, professional, and treated me very well. Overall, I had a great experience.
It was my first time visiting the clinic, and I am genuinely impressed, I finally feel like I’ve found the right place! I have to give a special shoutout to my hygienist, Sandra. She is, quite simply, the best. Her patience, warmth, and gentle touch made all the difference. Even as her last patient of the day, she was thorough, precise, and took the time to educate me with complete patience. Highly recommended!
Courteous and very friendly staff. Feels like you're with friends. Bill is particularly great at making you feel comfortable while you're getting your work done. It is also conveniently located inside the Walmart at square one so you can do some groceries or general shopping while there.
