St Johns Dental Practice

From start to finish it can't recommend St John's Dental Practice enough. The staff are lovely, Gurjit was excellent, friendly and informative. She reassured me as i was travelling from Glasgow to get cosmetic fangs that this was absolutely the place to get it done. On arrival Andy and Sharrone were excellent discussed my expectations and what the shape of my own teeth could mean for the work, I was there about 90 minutes, completely pain free procedure with Andy checking in that I was comfortable and happy with how things were taking shape through out. I honestly can say I couldnt be happier and if you have been considering getting permanent fangs or any cosmetic dental work you would be in the safest hands. Andy even spotted that one of my back fillings isnt looking great which was really nice as I can go get that sorted before it causes any bother. I left feeling great with absolutely no regrets and every time I catch a glimpse of my teeth im the most pleased with the decision. The practice is immaculate and a beautiful interior. Amazing all round thank you for looking after me.

I had a great experience with Amandeep and Paradize. They were great at putting me at ease throughout and spending time on ensuring my bite felt perfect after the treatment. I would highly recommend them both! Thanks again.

Aisha has been my dental hygienist for some 3 years now. Not only is she a consummate professional - she makes me feel comfortable and reassured with her excellent care.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, from my nervous first phone call with Jo who reassured me, to meeting Gurjit then my consultation with Dr Andy Whelan and Paradise who calmed me and advised my treatment plan. My next appointment with hygienist Aaisha and Sharrone treated me with kindness, care and consideration. I cannot thank the whole team enough and actually look forward to my next appointment!

Recently my temporary denture cracked and I was left without a front tooth. On contacting the practise I was prioritised and Rob even came in on this day off to fit the replacement denture after having had it delivered to his home address. Service of the highest standard and always going the extra mile for their customers. Thanks for saving the day Rob! I highly recommend this practice and also a big shout out to the entire friendly, professional team…always willing help and make you feel special! What a great team!! Craig Bytheway

I can’t recommend St John’s highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the team is always so welcoming and friendly — they truly make you feel at ease. The hygienist appointments are incredibly thorough, and you can tell how knowledgeable and experienced the staff are. They take the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions, which I really appreciate. It’s also so easy to book appointments, with availability that works around busy schedules. Overall, a fantastic experience every time!

Honestly the most positive experience I’ve had at a dentist. The reception team are super lovely, Kirsty always does an amazing job with hygiene and is so gentle every time. Amandeep is great too (even if the jokes are abit rubbish). Would definitely recommend :)

Went to get the cosmetic vampire fangs, Andy was so lovely and helpful in explaining everything he was doing as he went along, always checking in to see if I'm happy with them. It was very quick and absolutely painless, the dentist assistant was very lovely aswell and the receptionist made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time in Birmingham. Amazing dentists and staff are utterly wonderful!
