I was very nervous to come and not confident about my smile, Sanjit & Jannah made me feel sooo comfortable and very welcome, the made me feel so comfortable, explained everything in depth from beginning to end, answered all questions i had. They put me at ease, by the time I left i felt comfortable and more than happy to go through with the treatment. Every time I come for my appointments they are always very warm and welcoming, every appointment they make you feel more more comfortable. I would definitely recommend the practice and them. Started a Comprehensive Invisalign package with this practice in April 2025, finished in July 2026. Particularly challenging case with movement of my centre-line laterally and cross bite with tooth chipping. Damien McLaughlin was a fantastic Invisalign provider. He always listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave me options to choose from. He is meticulous with his work and wants the best result for his patients. One of the stellar parts of this practice is the welcoming reception you get on arrival from the fantastic Sanjit. The whole package really - would recommend every time, best practice in Birmingham.

Great experience at this dental clinic! The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Dinesh was fantastic, professional, clearly skilled, and took the time to explain everything and put me at ease. Jannah, the nurse who assisted, was warm and attentive, checking in on me throughout and making the whole visit feel comfortable rather than stressful. I have used this dental practice for 15 years, and became a loyal patient after they saved a tooth another dentist had mucked up. Everyone who works there is so lovely and accommodating in additional to being excellent at what they do. I have great peace of mind knowing that they’re proactive and will address any issues in the right way - and that I can get help fast if I’m ever worried about anything.

Whenever you enter the practice Sanjit always greets you with a warm welcome which instantly sets you at ease. From start to finish, whether it’s 1 of the nurses, the hygienist Helen or the 1 of the dentists, nothing is ever too much trouble and you’re always made to feel comfortable. I’ve gone from dreading going to the dentist to now feeling safe and that’s all thanks to the staff and knowing that I can trust them and their work. I never feel rushed and everything is always explained to me thoroughly. I’d never want to go anywhere else now.

Before finding this dental practice, I had tried many other more in Birmingham and it never worked out for one reason or the other. However, I feel truly at home at St. Paul’s dental clinic. All the staff are extremely welcoming, making sure to greet me with smiles whenever I come in. And of course all the staff are very experienced. Recently joined this practice as a new patient and I am blown away by the thorough care and consideration provided. Upon arrival I was met by a wonderful lady, Sanjit. She is bubbly and welcoming. Put me right at ease. I was then seen by Dinesh and Abbie for my dental appointment who are both professional and informative. X-rays and scans taken of my teeth on first appointment with a clear and informative explanation of what they were seeing and advice for the future. St Paul's Square Dental Practice is a very relaxing, welcoming environment with a lovely friendly, caring and highly experienced team. Anyone who is afraid of dentists should not be at St Pauls. When you sit in the chair you know you are in the best hands and you will find it very hard to find a better practice. Outstanding results and highly recommended
