I have been coming to see Dr.Mostan and his team for 17 years now. Today I had an appointment but ran late due to a work meeting that ran over time. I had called to apologize and ask whether I should reschedule or still come out. Lilian the front desk person asked me to come on over as soon as I could. So I set out immediately however, I live 45 mins away. When I eventually got there she lets me know I only have 5 mins of my appointment time left. I find that to be gross misinformation on her part, making me drive out in the middle of a busy work day and then stating I only had 5 mins. I acknowledged my part for being late, I made a courtesy call to inform her that I'd be late and whether it was better to re-schedule instead. She failed to convey to me that they could only wait 15 mins. Never cashed to re-check because I was taking longer than 15 mins. She took my being late very personally and was extremely rude in the way she addressed me. With her years of experience and her age, I would have expected a more professional conduct. it saddens me after almost 18 years of being a loyal customer, driving out 50 mins each way to see Dr. Mostan for every appointment and ultimately being treated in this way was horrible. I have nothing against Dr. Mostan and the other dentist/ hygienists who work there but the front desk person Lilian needs to get a grip on herself and her role. She should have communicated clearly about the wait time. Instead she spoke in a demeaning manner for letting other life priorities get in my way. She had the audacity to ask me, “Is your work meeting more important or your dentist appointment? Your teeth are not going to clean themselves". Just unbelievable behavior after almost 2 decades of being their customer. Dr. Mostan I hope you read this review and address this. I will no longer be coming into your clinic.

Babak Mostaan is a professional ! I totally recommend him to upgrade your smile :) The whole crew is fabulous.

My family and I fly all the way from Vancouver to see Dr Mostaan for most of dental and cosmetic needs. It was a great experience every time that i have been to his office as a most high tech dental office. It was first time that my teeth were checked by microscope and bite analysis machine and ultra sound my tmj. He also does a thorough oral and neck cancer screening which let to my moms thyroid nodule diagnosis at the early stages. Salute to Dr Mostaan and his team for their great job.

I am thrilled to know Dr. Mostaan and his team. I've gone from dentist to dentist, having issues upon issues, and other dentists trying to fix those issues, but Stanford Smile Design fixed it all. I've never seen such a talented dentist whose both professional and very funny at the same time. He has a wonderful staff, who can not just explain in details what you need to know, but they give you plenty of options and help you out with any questions. I've not only had many of my teeth problems fixed by Dr. Mostaan, but he's also explained it all to me-- in a way I can understand. I feel so empowered to know what's going on, and how to get things taken care of, quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Dr. Mostaan to everyone, so call his office right now and make an appointment to see him.
