I had a dental emergency over Easter weekend when my molar cracked vertically, and my regular dentist was closed. I called Star City and they were kind enough to squeeze me in the same day, even though they were busy. Dr. Hunter and his entire team were excellent—very professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole process. They took great care of me and were able to get me started on a crown right away. The assistants were also very helpful and made the experience much more comfortable. It’s still early to judge the long-term result, but so far I’m very happy with the care I received. I truly appreciate them taking me in on short notice and handling everything so well. Highly recommend!
My daughter was seen by Dr Hunter and i can’t tell you how pleased i am with the staff, dental hygienists, Lavender and Michelle,and the Dentists here. Everyone is so knowledgeable, but above all else, they are honest. Rosie, the office manager is very kind and goes over everything you need to know prior to getting anything done. Julie in the front is very welcoming and helps you get everything situated gor your appointment. The office environment is warm and cozy which helps ease your nerves tremendously if you’re about to get dental work done. I just cant tell you enough good things about Star City Dental. You wont regret coming here. I promise. They’re not out to screw you over lime do many dentist offices .
I got my fillings done here and it was quick, easy, and well done!! Dr Hunter was detail oriented and kind!! He made sure his job was well done and that i was doing okay while he was at work! Michelle helped assist him and she was very kind, smart, and kept checking up on me!! This trust this dental office so much to provide me with the right care for the right price!! They are so accommodating and helpful!! I cannot recommend them enough!! Also the ladies at the front, Julie and Rosie were sweethearts!! They foster such a great environment as you come in and leave. i LOVE it here!!!
The customer service at Star City Dental is amazing!! The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door!! The ambience feels cozy and comfortable. I loved my entire experience here. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and the dentist knew what he was doing and felt secure in getting my treatment here!! They really care about you as a person. I highly recommend everyone to come here if you wanted to be treated kindly, unlike a lot of dentist offices in town.
This place is AWESOME! Even tho I technically arrived before they were "officially" open, the friendly staff opened the door and let me in! Not just a typical sterile feeling dental office, this place was comfortable and inviting. Close to home, and conveniently located, Star City Dental is the dental office for me. Make an appointment with them and I'm sure you'll see it's the place for you too!
