The staff and doctor are very courteous and excellent. They welcomed and respectful of my concerns. They are genuinely caring people. Dr. Chang is a skillful, detailed, and excellent dentist.

I would like there to be more communication, for the dentist to ask what concerns I have about the treatment, to give professional opinions on the procedures, or what he suggests as a professional, and for the person who translates to do it 100%, not just partially.

I’ve never left a review on a place but this dental office was absolutely horrible. I trusted them to take care of me and help me but instead left with WAY more pain then before I was told I needed only 2-3 crowns but once my insurance paid they just kept adding more I honestly thought I did need them if a dentist is telling me but once I reached 6 of them and Dr.chang said I needed all my front teeth now that I’m lucky insurance paid I went to get a second opinion and i definitely did NOT need them. I’m very upset with this place I trusted them and on top of all this when he injected the anesthesia he hit a nerve or something bc I was in horrible pain for a month I even went in person to tell them and they said it shouldn’t be hurting but none of the dentist helped me I had to go to my doctor and get steroids for the inflammation and even they said the dentist could have gave them to me. I’m just very upset i have 6 crowns now and still have pain if they tell you , you need crowns please get a second opinion.

Did a thorough job at a reasonable price. Really liked Dr. Chang. The price for deep cleaning seemed too much. Not sure what other procedures would cost, but if it’s comparable to the cleaning I’d have to pass.

I called Monday morning, before the office opened. They squeezed me in the first 30 minutes. Dr Chang is an excellent Doctor and Jose was great as well. I have had reconstructive surgeries on my face, so my anxiety at the Dentist is always elevated! Dr Chang took time to calm me and let me know he understood my concerns. Excellent chair side manner! I’ve referred numerous coworkers and my fiancé. The affordability was nice to see. Especially for the personalized care I received. Tremendous value.

I was a patient here for quite a bit. I had first came for an emergency Infected Cyst, needing to get a root canal done. The front staff are nice but a bit unorganized- calling multiple times to reschedule my appointment. The hygienist, Brenda is the sweetest making me feel so calm. The endodontist, was super nice too. However when it comes to the dentist there’s a lot of turn over, besides the owner Dr.Chang. The dentist I was originally seen by, sadly had left. My only option was Dr.Chang. He lacks a bit of professional. I do not like how he corrected his staff in-front of his patient, and later asking if I had used my insurance this physical year. My hygienist replied, No and Dr.Chang stated “Let’s use some it this year.” Then proceeded to state I NEED FOUR CROWNS. I know I am not a dentist, but I had no medical reason for them. Just to “fix my bite.” I’m sorry- but if my teeth are fine and I don’t anything, please do not suggest to “use my insurance.” That’s not how insurance works.
