Great experience! Friendly faces and caring words!! They did a great job on my teeth!!

Went in Thursday July 16 for a routine teeth cleaning, and brought in my retainer to be put in the cleaning machine. I returned home and pulled my retainer out of its case only to find it was broken and missing a piece. Which means someone took it out of the cleaner, saw it was broken, returned it to its case, and handed it to me with a straight face without so much as saying that you had broken it. I called and “left a message” with the black hole that it your AI receptionist and have not heard back. You’ll be replacing this retainer if you wish to keep me as a client, and I’d like a thorough explanation of why I was not notified that you’d broken my property while it was in your care.

I had a crown replaced. The hygienist was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable, talked to me about what she was doing, and made sure I know what was happening and why. Once the doc came in she was personable, kind, and tried hard to make it not hurt. Overall amazing.

I just went for a check up and Cleaning and haven’t been to a new dentist in over 10 years. I also have very sensitive teeth, so the reviews made me feel like I was in the right place. It’s been about a year since I went to my last visit due to some issues with my coverages and finding time, etc. my hygienist Rachel Roe, definitely took her time doing all her measurements longer than I’ve ever had anybody look at my gums, it all kind of fell off the rails, though towards the end of the appointment, I was told that I would benefit from a deep cleaning and that had to be scheduled at another time and broken up into 2 visits for billing purposes . I was OK with this. I was told the doctor would be with me shortly and I confirmed that I had to get back to work with a hard stop at 4:00 l, this the pivot or not even do a regular cleaning that day since we ran out of time. Keep in mind a full hour for no cleaning just exam and carys should be enough time..right? My hygienist left me alone never to return. 15 minutes after 4 o’clock I decided to get up and stop waiting and make my uncomfortableness known to whoever was around in that. I still had not seen a dentist. It was at that point. I was apologized too, and told that the dentist was running behind. Keep in mind. This appointment was on Tuesday and it’s end of day Thursday now’s , I was told that the dentist would follow up with me by phone which I have never had a dentist do…She has still yet to do this. I’m just hoping this isn’t a pattern. I really expected more customer service and proactive communication and respecting of my time…originally they wanted to schedule me two weeks apart for my deep cleaning and I insisted that this get done sooner so we got that sorted out 2 days in a row. You’re going to have to advocate for yourself in this building as there is not one single person that did this for me so far hopefully my deep cleaning will be excellent.

Have had two cleanings with Steele Dentistry since moving to CO. Staff and personnel and friendly and kind. They listened to my questions and provided helpful responses and guidance. Dental work was professional and comfortable. I am happy with their care of my teeth and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

I did not know that going to the dentist could be a painless, peaceful, and easy process until I went to Steele Dentistry. For the first time in my 28 years, I had an incredible dental experience from start to finish. Scheduling with Megan B. was almost too easy, and Ro was, without a doubt, the best hygienist I've ever had. (She didn't poke my gums once and dare I say my cleaning was almost relaxing!?) The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable, and I am so thankful to have found a high-quality practice that cares about the wellbeing of its patients!

Holly (could have been Molly, forgive me!) was an absolute rockstar! She was so personal and friendly, but equally professional and thorough. Couldn’t recommend this dentist office enough, excellent staff!

I was in a pickle for my most recent appointment and was forced to bring my 3 month old daughter along with me. Not only did they assure me there was no problem with this, they also pushed my daughter around in her stroller for me when she started to fuss during my appointment. The hygienist also paused her care for me a couple times so I could tend to my daughter and both the hygienist and dentist moved quickly to make the appointment as fast as possible while still being thorough. I highly recommend this practice.
