No longer a great place for special needs kids,take very long to See them,Dr.Stevenson is greatly missed We never has issues with him.

Always a great visit for my 3 kiddos ❤️ all the staff is super sweet to my kids and I. Any work they've ever done on my kids they walk out like if nothing they are just so amazing 💕I would definitely recommend 👌!!

Want to start off by saying, I take all three of my kids to the dental ark on Pellicano and they kids love it. Unfortunately my experience at the location on La Quinta was not the best. Was scheduled at 10:30am for my 4yr old and the procedure he was going to have done under anesthesia and he had to be fasting, I already thought that was kind of a late appointment bc he is four and usually eats as soon as he wakes up. But I took it bc I was told if I cancelled and rescheduled I would be charged. We got there 15 minutes early and my son was already hungry. But we waited ansi tried to distract him. 11:30 rolls around and still nothing, but I give it time as I work in the medical field as well and do understand things happen. Granted I was getting a little frustrated bc my 4yr old was hungry and was getting cranky. It was not until 12pm and hour and and half after we had gotten there and his appointment was supposed to be at 10:30am. That I went up to the front desk bc no one bothered to say anything like, we do apologize but they are running a little behind, I had to go up and ask then only then I was told they were running behind. They then told me should be 30 more minutes that would make it 12:30pm I then just nodded and went to sit with my child. It was not 30 min later it was in fact 1hr later that we got taken back. 2 and 1/2 hrs later after my sons scheduled apt. Again the reason I did not walk out was bc I was told if I cancelled and rescheduled bc it would be after the new year. I was really disappointed in that aspect of the appointment bc the least that could be done, is telling the parents or patients that things are running behind.

Great atmosphere. We came in as last minute appointments for today and were able to be seen right away for my two children, friendly staff and they answered all of our questions thoroughly. Thank you!!!!

First time at this location and loved how sweet and gentle and caring they were with my daughter. Great staff from start to finish. Thank you guys
