When I turned up for my appointment I was greeted straight away with a smile from reception and I was straight into my appointment with no hassle, Georgia and Kenny were very helpful, Georgia gave me great oral hygiene advice and also showed me how to use an electric toothbrush effectively too, as well as that she also let me know that I shouldn’t rinse after brush (which is something I do sometimes). My appointment was a clean and then a extraction I felt calm and was reassured that I wouldn’t feel a thing, which I didn’t, Georgia did a great job with the suction and Kenny was gentle with the clean, I knew I was in safe hands going into the extraction with Georgia and Kenny’s care, the tooth coming out was smooth and they both informed me of what I should be doing to take care of the gap and prevent anything bad from happening in the healing process. My visit was great and I can not thank Georgia and Kenny enough for the extraction and hopefully I can make progress with my teeth now!!

Absolutely fantastic practice! I’ve spent so long avoiding dentists due to them talking down to you or being miserable. Here is completely different. Tracy on reception is absolutely lovely and so welcoming and great at putting you at ease. All the dentists seem amazing. I’ve been treat by a dentist called Matt who is simply brilliant. Chats about general stuff to make you feel more relaxed and explains what he is doing all the time. Would not consider going anywhere else now! I’ve been that happy with it that my wife signed up after my first visit and she equally loved it. Thanks so much for the fantastic service! You are all worth every penny! Have a merry Christmas!

As a very nervous patient, I could not fault my first visit today. As soon as I entered I was greeted by a lovely manager on reception. Following on to an extremely patient dentist Matt and Dental assistant lilly. Thank you for making my first visit so calming. The patience and time which was given by all was appreciated greatly . Brilliant service from Dr Kenny and his team. I received a consultation appointment straight away and he was so friendly and informative, the best experience I have had with a dentist and I look forward to going back for check ups. I don't have a dentist in the UK, as I'm doing my dental works when I travel back to my country. This time, I had an emergency. I called before to other dental practices, but I was really disappointed and sad about how I was treated when I was talking with the receptionist. Then I called this practice and the receptionist was very nice and polite, and instead of hanging up on me, she asked me if I could leave my details, and if anyone cancelled, she would call me. And I got an appointment sooner than I hoped. The doctor was also really nice and very professional. I would give him 10 stars. Even if I had to pay for the extraction, I am really happy that I managed to sort out my problem, and the pain is gone. Thank you for everything.
