After several years away from the dentist, I was a little nervous about going back, but Dr. Jacobson and the entire team made it such a wonderful experience. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. Dr. Jacobson is extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and easy to talk to, which immediately put me at ease. As a former dental assistant, I understand what a well-run office should look like, and this team truly does an excellent job. Staff and Dr Jacobson are all so very respectful and accommodating. They go the extra mile to make sure the patient is heard, treated with kindness and their issues addressed to the fullest extent.
