Thank you to Miss Teresa, the X-ray tech, and the orthodontist for being… amazing My daughter was very nervous and in tears about getting her X-rays she was overall scared and was feeling claustrophobic. Miss Teresa was kind and patient, staying with her and holding her leg so she wouldn’t feel alone during the x- ray process, her touch made my daughter feel as if she wasn’t alone while getting the x-ray. That small act made a big difference in helping her feel safe. You all were working together to make this a positive experience. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

I used to love bringing my kids here but not any more due to the longer wait times we have been experiencing. For example today, we checked in at the times they told us to and just to wait 30+ minutes in the lobby just becausethey didn'thave a room available......their wait times have gotten so bad now.

This is such a great place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They’re on point when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene of the area and tools. Their customer service is always available and ready with a doctors note for my child. The entire visit from In and out goes extremely smooth. The doctors explain with details on each visit and I never leave confused or overwhelmed.

Dr. Kevor and the receptionist Luis are extremely unprofessional. My daughter got a appointment at 12 pm and because 12:20 I ask Luis how long more it will take. He took a bad attitude and told me that if I want to reschedule I could do it. Dr. Kevor came out and told me that the patient behind my daughter was taking her more time to do everything, then she pointed to the patients mother and told me her mother is there. I was mad went to sit down and told them to just do the work they were doing. Then Dr. Kevor came out again to argue with me and she told me I do not want to treat your child. I follow everything the office and the doctor said. And they didn’t care. Luis told me over the phone that they do not reschedule if I cancel the same day. My daughter was without eating since de ningth before at 10:00am. Luis told me that my daughter will be send to UCLA I was told him that I will look for someone else and he keep saying the same thing. He is a extremely rude, arrogant and doesn’t listen to you. Dr. Kevon is unprofessional, immature and liar. After yesterday. I wouldn’t trust my kids with those persons.

I have been coming here for my braces for about six months now. At first, I didn’t even think I needed braces, but after a recommendation from carolina at the front desk, I set up an appointment and ended up getting them put on. Every time I have an appointment, she’s always there to greet me with very charismatic energy that puts a smile on my face. On top of that, she already knows who I am and what I am there for. She makes everything seamless.
