I have been bringing my kids to Sun Valley for a few years now and they are always friendly and kind .

Love coming here. Kids get cleaned and checked really quickly. The kids love the movies and the tokens afterwards.

I have a child with extreme anxiety. The Dr at our last office would only work if General anesthesia was used to put her under. The staff at Sun Valley worked overtime to help my daughter feel safe and comfortable. Dr Seare explained step by step what would happen and showed her what all was being used. He made it clear that if she said stop everything would stop. He kept his word when she raised her hand and he took the time to give her a break and reassure her. We did two separate appointments for her and by the second appointment there was a huge difference in her attitude! She was more confident and the second appointment went smoothly! This office is changing her attitude about getting dental work and I’m so thankful! Thank you Dr. Seare and the assistant Malaya for being so helpful and for taking such great care of my daughter!

Was the first there. Got seen last. Took almost 2 hrs . I understand if it was a ER. But oof. Just a long wait. While everyone around us that came after us was being seen first. But we do still get some what good service. But it would be better if we got seen in order. Especially waking up early to be seen.

Best Pediatric Dentist in all of Arizona. 100% hands down. Trust my kids, wife everyone I know. Dr. Carmichael is the absolute best ever & one of a kind blessed soul. The technology is great but the staff, everyone… probably the environment, feels like family. Everything is explained before & during even after the follow up is best ever after searching. a long time we will always come here. Braces for my youngest & checkups for the rest of us ;)

Update: To their response- I was never TOLD by anyone that I couldn't stay with my daughter before the surgery. I'm not talking about hospital settings it was done in the office. Her pain was more than dental discomfort. I actually took her to the hospital and even the ER doctor thought it was weird that I wasn't given the option to stay with her since it was done in the dental office. He also agreed with me that her pain was more than dental discomfort. Thankfully he prescribed her some pain meds to help. Now back to the dental office / surgery my complaint was about the Anesthesiologist he NEVER talked to me after the surgery again he was extremely rude to me. If their response is to blame the parents instead of taking responsibility for their staff and lack of communication than DEFINITELY DO NOT take your kids to this dentist office!!! Please find a place that actually cares about your kids and their care! Was going to give them a 2nd chance because it was the Anesthesiologist that i had issues with but after reading their response blaming me nope! I'm done with them. Beware future parents they didn't take accountability for anything that happened to my child!! Please do research and find a dentist that will let you stay with your kid. The ER doctor gave me a few names and I definitely will give one of them a call. He told me If they don't have anything to hide they will let you stay in the room in the corner out of the way especially since it's just a dentist office not a hospital! Stiill NO ONE has called me to check on my daughter. They really don't care about her just see dollar signs. Poor service! They don't care about kids or their well being!!! My daughter had to have dental surgery and be put under. The Anesthesiologist and I had some words because he wanted me to leave before my daughter was fully under and asleep. He was so rude and I think it's messed up that they wanted me to leave my screaming child & wouldn't let me stay with my kid. They kept saying that she wasn't in pain after but that was bullshit!!! The Anesthesiologist was suppose to give her pain meds but he didn't. I was told that she would be okay in a few hours and that they would call me to check on her & give me some gauze. Well they never gave me gauze nor did they call to check on her. She's been in pain since we left. I gave her ibuprofen but it only helps a little. I think it's very suspicious that they make the parents leave the room. Now I'm wondering what they really did to my kid while she was under because she's in so much pain. I'll be taking her to the hospital if the pain doesn't go away. Never trust the reviews on the website because you can't leave a review on their website so they're probably all made up. That's why I have to leave my review on Google.
