Mixed experience. I went for my mother's treatment. He did 4 RCT, 2 tooth removal and a bridge. He performed RCT without any issue. But In the following process of crowning, he injured other things. As a result my mother is having pain in both the sides even after 2 months of treatment. 1. Injured my mother’s TMZ joint. 2. Took incorrect measurement for crown. 3. Failed to identify if the bridge was sitting properly on trial day and fixed it. This is causing pain till today. 4. Ignored when my mother clearly said that bridge was not fitting properly. 5. Unable to rectify the pain in crown that he fitted, even after 5 sittings. Everytime the crown was chipped continuosly. 6. Ignored our request of removing the wisdom teeth repeatedly. This tooth was next to RCT and himself suggested to remove it once RCT is finished. After RCT and cap he took a U turn. On last day when I have to leave Bangalore, He shifted the blame on me that tooth cannot be removed because I am leaving town. Started making excuse of mothers health, but that didnt stop him from removing two other teeths earlier. Started advising on last day that get it done from another dentist. Clearly there was something wrong in the RCT/Cap which is causing the pain and would get exposed if the teeth next to it is removed. The worst part is he is not ready to accept his mistake. You are responsible. You can lie to me but dont lie to yourself. Even after spending 50k and countless visits over two months, there is no relief. I know you are gonna say it is because of multiple tooth problem.. but understand this.. all the problems started when you got worried about crown payment and thus called me for crown measurement on a day when you had full appointments. You start clinic at 11AM but called me at 10:45 so that you can take measurement and hence payment for crowns asap. On that day you hurried because your original appointments started to show up. And that's when in your haste my mother TMZ Joint got injured/strained. It is 2 months since that incident and still pains to open mouth. Again for bridge you fitted the cap on a day that was supposed to be trial day. The cap was supposed to have metal exposed. You could have sent it back to lab for metal exposure. But no you went ahead and fixed it. My mother told it is not fitting but you said it is perfect. It was NOT. If it was fitting properly then you wouldn't had to call me for 5 sittings after that. Edit: Now seeing the doctors comments which are just excuses to shift the blame on me and not take responsibility. Your treatment was done in 1 month and next 1 month I came for only follow ups.. innumerable times, but you just kept stalling. Great going doc. All the best.
