I’ve been going to Dr. Meng’s practice for more than five years, and I’ve consistently been very happy with the care and service I’ve received. Over the years, I’ve had everything from routine cleanings and fillings to retainers and dental implants. Dr. Meng and his entire staff are caring, responsive, down-to-earth, and always take the time to clearly explain what needs to be done and why. I also really appreciate that their recommendations are focused on what is best for your dental health, not on making money. They thoughtfully balance what is truly needed, what can safely be postponed, and what may not be necessary, while also taking your insurance coverage into consideration. What truly sets them apart is their level of availability and commitment to their patients. Even when I’ve had issues over a weekend, Dr. Meng has personally texted me, answered my questions, and sent prescriptions to CVS after hours. That kind of care goes above and beyond. They are fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend Dr. Meng and his team.

He personally answered his after-hours phone, took the time to listen to my situation, called in a prescription for antibiotics right away, and arranged for me to have a root canal appointment the very next day. His compassion, responsiveness, and commitment to his patients gave me tremendous peace of mind during a very painful dental emergency. I absolutely love this dentist and the entire team. Everyone, including the front desk staff, is so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I have very sensitive teeth, and they are always incredibly gentle. I never feel any pain and always feel like I’m in such good hands.

I began going to SDA a few years ago to get my routine cleaning done, and I was so satisfied with their care and attention that I decided to get my Invisalign done with Dr. Meng. He and his staff did an excellent job with my smile! Given how impressed I was with their care, I decided to bring my mom in, who is very sensitive given a number of medical issues she has, to get her routine dental work and dentures done. Dr. Meng and his entire staff have been incredible in how they’ve treated us with their level of care and compassion and the astounding work they do. They are exceptional, and we are absolutely satisfied with their care and our new smiles!

I have been coming here for many years- with my two boys who are almost adults now!! They are incredibly talented from the doctor’s ability to help me with my sensitive teeth to the hygienists incredible deep cleaning (and pausing when I need a rest) to the front office’s ability to maximize my insurance benefits. I am not a fan of getting my teeth worked on but the team here is just so supportive. They truly care for me and my kiddos. Thank you guys!!

I had one of the worst experiences with this practice that anyone could have hoped for. I had been going to them regularly, getting a checkup every 6 months. They found a cavity in a tooth and did a filling on it. This filling ended up being poorly and incompletely performed, and the tooth got intensely infected after this filling had been done. Additionally, they will upsell you on additional fillings not planned for while your mouth is open, while you are numb in their chair, without walking through your treatment. When I went back in to ask what might be happening with the tooth/infection (it was very swollen), they told me it was because I might be grinding my teeth, and sold me an expensive night guard, without identifying the issue at all. Obviously, the infection did not improve, and I had to go to the ER in order to understand what was truly happening. After this, I went back to them, telling them the information from my ER visit, and they referred me to an endodontist. Because of the negligence and inability to diagnose that it was an infection caused by their failed cavity filling, the root of the tooth was too badly infected to save the tooth. They did not hesitate to upsell me at each step, and their negligence caused me to lose a tooth, even while visiting their practice every 6 months, and trusting them with my dental concerns. Lastly, they will treat customers significantly differently based on what dental insurance you have, and max out your insurance, even if it means drilling into teeth that don't need treatment. I would strongly suggest you visit another practice with more honest, trustworthy professionals.

Recommend all the way! Dr. Meng and his team are awesome, they are super friendly and make you feel at ease, right at home I’d say! Haha. I’m so happy to have found a dental group in my area since moving here last year. Front desk - all very nice and they make you feel welcome right away. Office is modern and styled quite nicely too. They also have great playlists of music! Lani did my teeth cleaning and she made it as enjoyable as a cleaning goes- thanks Lani!! Dr. Meng is a a magician with teeth because I had some major issues needing to be fixed. ( I had my front teeth ruined by this dentist overseas- plus a gap - and a crown- so basically I had ton of obstacles in the way ) He found a solution for me AND FINALLY MY SMILE IS WHAT IT USED TO BE.
