I'm not sure how this office has a 4.7-star rating. I visited in April/May 2026 and was genuinely excited to find a holistic dentist. Looking back, I wish I had paid more attention to the negative reviews because my experience was very similar. The owner was kind, welcoming, and professional. The young woman who took my X-rays was also very friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office was the complete opposite. Katia was incredibly rude to me over the phone when I was trying to contact the office. Because of that interaction, I decided not to continue my care there and found another dental office for my family. Since then, I've been trying to resolve an insurance reimbursement issue, but it's been extremely frustrating. I paid the full cost of my appointments upfront because I was told my insurance would reimburse me within a couple of weeks. It's now June, and my insurance company has told me they paid the dental office directly instead. I've called and emailed multiple times to understand what happened, but my calls and emails have gone unanswered. At this point, I simply want someone to communicate with me so we can resolve the issue. We spent a significant amount of money, and the lack of response has been very disappointing. I do feel bad for the owner because she seemed genuinely kind and friendly. However, the poor customer service from the front office has completely overshadowed what could have been an otherwise positive experience.

Great staff and truly holistic!

As another comment mentions, this company has suddenly stopped answering their phones. I'm a patient, and I've left several voice mails for a dental cleaning over the past couple months. I think they've disappeared..

Disappointing. They agree d and charged me in advance for a simple procedure. When I arrived, no one could do it. When I returned hours later, I was told the price was 4x as much. That’s illegal.

Suspicious insurance practices. They charged upfront, kept the insurance check meant for us, and keeps saying "they'll look into it" when asked about giving us our money back.

Good first visit to this office. The entire staff was helpful and they wanted me to be well informed about my mouth and it's current condition. I'll be back very soon. Thankyou.

Very pleased with this office. Clean, inviting and comfortable. Staff for me is what I’d call a breath of fresh air from most of the previous offices we’ve been too. They were very attentive, informative and knowledgeable about the holistic approach with dentistry. I felt a sense of sincerity in their answers when we would ask questions as if they weren’t in it for money and were really only concerned about our oral health. It was a feeling of “we can move forward at your pace when you are comfortable and ready” rather than feeling “Please pay this ridiculous amount now because this needs to be done asap”. The technology used was really cool and new to us. It was very detailed like looking at our teeth thru a microscope. You could really see and understand what work the Dr recommended needed to be done. Overall we’re very pleased and will continue to use their office as our primary dental. BTW it’s a 30 minute commute for us but well worth it.

I received the most gentle, caring, stress free care I have ever received at a dental office, and I’ve spent 47 years going to dentists. Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful as well as skilled and knowledgeable. I love that they focus on providing their patients with the healthiest options in dentistry. Additionally , I am so grateful to have found them because they have been amazing with my grandson, and he loves going to see them despite the fact that he unfortunately had cavities from his previous lack of dental care. Each visit he’s had with them has left him feeling happy which is amazing considering the work he had done. I’m so happy going forward that my grandson will have quality dental care and a place where he feels safe, happy, and cared for.
