Highly recommend Dr. Mark Warner! He helped fix my cavities and placed a filling. Everything went smoothly , anesthesia was painless, the treatment was quick, and I felt amazing afterward. I also appreciated that he clearly explained which teeth need monitoring and why, and did not recommend treatment since it wasn’t necessary at this stage. He’s a fantastic doctor. The staff and reception team were also very professional and welcoming ❤️

This was my second time going to surf smiles. To be completely honest after my first visit, I wasn't sure if I was gonna go back. It wasn't bad per se. I just wasn't wow-ed or super impressed. Initially the hygienist spent a lot of time with me, and seemed somewhat knowledgeable but I was hoping for more explanation from the dentist. Dr. Warner was mostly on time but didn't spend a lot of time with me and probably looked in my mouth for a minute or so. I had an area of concern and I felt a little bit brushed off when I asked about it. This time when I went, I received a message that I could come early! I saw Dr. Williams who was actually running ahead of schedule, ended up doing my cleaning himself and thoroughly listen to all of my needs and reassured me. Dr. Williams and Tee (?) who was his assistant for the day were excellent in their bedside manner, their professionalism, and definitely made me wanna come back to this office, knowing the level of care that I received. I reiterated my area of concern that I had mentioned to Dr. Warner initially, and since I did not feel that it was thoroughly addressed in the past, I was tempering my expectations, but Dr. Williams explained to me what may be going on and what I can do to manage it in the meantime. He looked at my retainer and clarified a few questions I had. He also listened intently to my circumstances and made some very clear and practical recommendations that I will be following. I'm sure that the other doctors are great (the reviews speak for themselves), I just was not really impressed from my initial visit. Knowing that I can see Dr. Williams will definitely have me coming back to this office and I hope that everyone else feels the same. Dr. Warner and his team are exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure my crown matched perfectly and even fit me into his busy schedule last minute to help minimize the impact on my travel plans. As a healthcare provider myself, I admire his professionalism, attention to detail, and personable demeanor. The staff is always polite, welcoming, and easy to work with. I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience—outstanding practice all around.

We just had the best experience at Surf Smiles. I have been putting off taking my 7 and 5 year old daughters to the dentist for a few years, but I’m so glad I finally did it. I saw the amazing reviews of this family practice and appreciated that they had experience with kids. The appointment was quick and easy and Dr. Warner was so professional and kind. One of my girls kept closing her mouth and he was so patient with her and helped her through the whole process. Absolutely awesome experience. At the end they got to pick something from a treasure box and pick a sticker. They loved it. We can’t wait to go back in 6 months.

We only came across this place because of a suspected dental emergency (On a Friday night of course 😬) Turns out what we thought was a bad cavity was actually an adult molar trying to come in while a baby molar wouldn't budge. We thought all those baby teeth were gone. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Dr. Warner quickly figured it out and was able to take care of it right there. And they open at 7am on a Saturday? Amazing. They are so kind there, professional and a *very* clean office. Kids, well people in general dont particularly like visiting the dentist, but Dr. Warner made my son feel SO comfortable and relaxed. We will 100% see them regularly until we move! Highly recommend!!
