Surprise Oral and Implant Surgery

The procedure require anesthesia, but I did not understand why five test tubes of my blood was collected when the IV was started. The legal.documents,and post operative care forms are extensive requiring multiple signatures. The directions extensive but no information about what a patient can eat and when was included in the paperwork after the procedure. This is unusual as it has such extensive directions on what the patient can and cannot be aftter procedure, but not when to eat and what to eat, guess that is not a concern of the legal department or matter in the care of a patient, who really needs to.eat after not having anything to eat or drink since midnight before procedure anyway. There was extensive concern and effort to.ensure payment was made before services are provided. Typical dental office. This was my experience at this facility.

Love Surprise Oral Surgery. I had a great experience with an extraction and implant. The office staff is great and Dr. Nguyen is fantastic! I highly recommend them!

I already have 5 implants in my top gum - 2 in the back, 2 in the front and 1 on the side. I was told NONE of them could be used and they ALL had to be removed. Of course they will be replaced with 6 new implants. The bottom gum is a different story - currently I do not have any implants on the bottom and I will need 4. While I stressed repeatedly that I have no interest in taking out a second mortgage to have a Hollywood smile, I believe I was not taken seriously. It was an all or nothing quotation and I immediately told them I had zero interest when shown a price tag of $58,000.00. The most disturbing part of my experience was waiting 45 minutes for the doctor to speak to me. Can you imagine - the office instructs you to be there 15 minutes early to avoid them having to wait me and then I waited 25 minutes before taken into the back and then wait another 45 minutes for the doctor. Do you think my time mean anything to them?

Staff and Dr. were very friendly, professional and thorough. I have barely started the procedure however, I would recommend.

Dr. Nguyen is highly skilled oral surgeon. He is friendly, explains well the procedure and answers questions to the best of his knowledge. My implant procedure, 4 wisdom teeth extraction and bone grafting - all in one procedure was seamless and painless process from beginning to recovery. His team is excellent with great patient service - all knowledgeable in what they do. Dr. Nguyen's expertise is wonderfully appreciated and so glad he is here in Surprise! I highly recommend him!

Everyone was very kind and professional. They took the time to explain everything from the procedure to what to expect afterwards. They gave me several options for the surgery and explained each one. Set up appointment for next week! Yesterday I went back for my surgery. It was like meeting up with friends! They are all so nice. Procedure went great. Sedated and felt nothing. Dr Nguyen is amazing. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had a great experience with the team! I recently had an implant done under anesthesia, and everything went very smoothly. I get very nervous with dental procedures but Dr. Nguyen was very calming and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The front desk ladies are always so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I also really appreciated that the doctor personally called me the next day to follow up and check on how I was doing. Excellent care and customer service — highly recommend!

The entire experience was great: from the initial consult to the day post surgery (Dr. Nguyen did the follow up himself!). The staff was friendly. The office was clean and professionally set up.
