I was very nervous when I walked in, I don't like going to the dentist. The office was clean, the staff very friendly. They all made me feel very comfortable and explained my treatment plan very clearly and answered any questions I had. Thank you Surprise Smiles for keeping me calm and comfortable, I know I will be in good hands.

Great service. The staff were very friendly and explained each step to me. It’s never easy going to a dental appointment, but I felt very relaxed with the professionals in this office. I would definitely recommend “Surprise Smiles” if you are looking for a dental provider.

I’ve been here twice since moving to surprise…. Each time I received excellent care and prompt service. Everyone is super friendly and transparent. I’d recommend this place so far. I’ve had Kortney as my hygienist & she is very pleasant & caring.

I was referred to Surprise Smiles by the VA, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant, informative, and helpful. I was scheduled quickly and was able to be seen the very next day. I also appreciated being able to complete all of my initial paperwork online at my own pace before the appointment. I arrived about five minutes early and was taken back right on time. The hygienist (I wish I could remember her name) was amazing. She thoroughly explained every step of the appointment, was very friendly and personable, and consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain or discomfort. When the dentist came in, the hygienist provided a very thorough update on everything we had discussed and completed up to that point. After the exam, the dentist clearly explained what to expect moving forward. This was by far the most thorough and pleasant experience I have ever had at a dental office. I would highly recommend Surprise Smiles, and I will absolutely be scheduling my family here as well.

Very pleasant experience from the first contact to the appointment. Ashton was the first person we spoke with. She answered my question and explained everything about their services. She set an initial appointment for exam and X-rays. At the appointment Angelina met us in the waiting room,escorted us to the exam room and proceeded to prep for X-rays. Angelina was very pleasant and professional. After that DR Arianna came in and explained about the X-rays and a solution. DR Arianna made us feel comfortable and at ease about the whole experience. Another Technician, Courtney came in to get some measurements and readings and she was wonderful. So far the experience has been relaxed and pleasant. I'm feeling like the actual work is going to be comforting and stress free. So far they are making going to the Dentist not so scary. Everyone we came in contact with was upbeat and friendly.Thank you Surprise Smiles for a feel good experience.
