I've been a patient for several years of Dr. Cherian who is no longer there and even referred friends and coworkers. I have a front tooth crown that broke off and called the following morning to see if I could get in that day (Friday) to at least have it glued /cemented back on because I had several events going on the weekend. I was told that they would have to talk to Dr. Taylor and call me back. They called back and offered an 8:20am cancellation spot they just received and the time was 8:10am. No way I could get there. So they offered next Tuesday at 11:00am but it would be for xrays and exam but wouldn't be able to fix the crown. I stated that I could not wait that long. Then they had the audacity to call me back later in the day around 4pm and ask if I was able to get in to another dentist. lol Really, I'm an established patient of yours and you saw me 6 months ago. When Dr. Cherian was there she was great and probably would have worked me in. I won't be going back. Good luck if you have an emergency. Just remember that your emergency is not theirs.
Dr. Tailor had been taking care of my teeth for almost 18 years. She does a great job — and everyone in her office is so lovely and kind.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Cherian for a couple of years and she is amazing! She is very thoughtful and knowledgeable and truly cares about patients. Also, Jennifer, hygienist is wonderful! They give me the best practice!!
I’ve been here about half a dozen times for different kinds of dental work. The first visit took a long time. Even though they gave me the correct estimate, I’m used to a quick set of x-rays and a cleaning. I wish they had explained upfront that they do extensive high resolution photos and a quick explanation for why these are helpful. I was definitely skeptical at first, but those images clearly helped them diagnose (and helped me see) what kind of dental work I needed, so it made sense by the end of the first visit. The clinical care is great. Dr. Tailor and Dr. Cherian are warm, capable, and clearly enjoy their work. The hygienists and assistants are good at moving around face/mouth without being either rough or timid. Now, the parts I don't like. David who has helped schedule some appointments is professional, but not particularly warm. A couple of front desk staff came across as impatient or rude during my early visits. The treatment areas aren’t fully enclosed, so I sometimes heard long, loud conversations nearby. There are also too many appointment reminders, which was more than excessive, and the confirmation and cancellation policy is the strictest I've ever seen for any type of medical practice.
