ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE ! Couple of days prior to my scheduled in advance appointment, I got a reminder call from doctor's assistant confirming me different time, couple of hours later. That sounded odd, so I reconfirmed and was reassured about such arrangements. On the day of the appointment the assistant got surprised, told me that time is booked for another person and it is all my fault, cuz apparently I didn't understand her correctly, that she cannot do anything and they will call me to schedule another session once they have cancellation. That's it! No sorry, no nothing! Not to mention, that I was arranging my schedule around this appointment. I was calling Doctor Fedele himself (as perhaps he might have not have any clue about his staff approach), but he wouldn't return the call either. I got glowing recommendations about doctor's qualifications, but it got ruined with such arrogance and negligence.

My family and I have been clients of Swiss Dental Clinic for years. We most regularly visit the Dental Hygienist, Natalie followed by the Dentist, Dr Fedele. Both practitioners are caring, honest and patient in their approach. We choose to visit as we are always treated as valued clients and received in a warm and genuine manner. There are so many clinics in Dubai that call or message you to 'remind' you that your 6 month visit/check is due. Not at Swiss Dental Clinic. There is no prompting/harassing. You return when you feel you need to. If you are looking for a Dental 'Clinic' and not a Dental 'Business', try Swiss Dental.

I am now a client for more than 4 years. Service is great, and flexibility in terms of appointment hours is high. Besides my fully satisfaction in terms of results, I especially welcome the staff’s sympathy. Going to the hygienist is not really my stuff, but thanks to Nathalie it became almost “fun”: she remembers her clients and cares about them. She can really build strong relationships, so that even after having relocated to Switzerland, I take the opportunity of any trip to Dubai to visit her and have my teeth cleaned! I can only recommend the Swiss Dental Clinic to anyone who cares about quality and relationships!

Recently had my lower molar removed by Dr. Fedele. I was given the most convenient time for me, in depth detailed conversation to give me all my options. I had a 3d scan of the specific area prior to removal of the tooth which was very impressive. The procedure was pain free and quick. Thank you Dr. Fedele & Andrea (Dental assistant) for all their effort. After the procedure I was given detailed instructions to follow. I will return in 6-8 weeks to have an implant placed to replace this missing tooth. Great Dentist and brilliant customer service. Looking forward to the next stage of my treatment.
