Easy, quick and friendly
I had a very positive experience at the dentist today. It was my first visit and it started with a pleasant welcome from the receptionist. The hygienist (Vishal) greeted me nicely, took full mouth X-rays (which I could see on the screen in front of me)and evaluated my gums. I had never had anyone evaluate my gums. It was something different and a good base for future visits. I have never had a better cleaning than what he gave me. He took his time and did a great job. After the cleaning the doctor came in. Dr. Fortier. She came into the room pleasant and with the biggest smile which made me feel so comfortable. She took her time and examined my teeth and showed me on the screen two areas that should be taken care of. She didn't pressure me into having anything done but I felt the confidence in her that I made an appointment to have the two areas taken care of. I can't say enough about my experience. I give Dr. Fortier, Vishal and the receptionist.....5 stars.
Amazing staff, Stacey was great. The office got the best technology. I didn’t have to wait a minute after my scheduled appointment. I highly recommend to anyone looking for professionalism, friendly, well equipped and knowledgeable staff
I was referred to Dr. Henny Hamuoi DMD, By my Dentist, He was very courteous, professional, and . Dr Hamoui did an excellent root canal work on my tooth. He made me feel comfortable spoke to me, told me exactly what he was gonna do to me. His assistant is very polite, professional. Thank you Dr Hamoui

Everyone at the office was very nice and accommodating. Vishal took really good care of me and did an excellent job on my cleaning. He didn’t seem rushed; and, he was very organized and precise with X-rays. It was nice to go in as a new patient and get a full analysis/exam, meet the doctor, and get a good cleaning. I felt welcome and it didn’t feel like a waste of time. In fact, there was no down time or waiting. Additionally, everyone seemed to enjoy being (working) there; which made the office vibe feel welcoming.
I always have a great experience at Dental Wellness of Westchase. The office is always prompt, the staff is extremely friendly, and Dr. Maass is an exceptional dentist. I feel very well taken care of by the team, and can highly recommend DWOW to any new patients!
