Kind and knowledgeable. They were accommodating, making sure I was as comfortable as possible. The dentist is one of those unfortunate experiences we have to endure in life, but Dr H and her staff did a great job not to traumatize me.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was a new patient in a dental emergency and was met with so much kindness and gentle care. I have anxiety around dental work and they took the time to explain my treatment plan and what to expect. I feel lucky to now have a dentist that makes me feel secure and not afraid. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Terwilliger Dental is friendly and professional. I enjoy working with Dr. Hoang. She is personable and explains all procedures thoroughly. She and her staff are aware of my insurance and keep me informed. Jenna and Tabitha always make my visit an enjoyable one. Thank you Dr. Hoang.

I have no idea how this place has good reviews. The reception was nice, but the dentist and hygienist were not. Dr Hoang didn’t explain anything to me, the numbing injections she gave me were incredibly painful, like the needle was scraping my bone. She also accidentally stabbed me in the lip with the needle hard enough to draw blood. She had my mouth open for so long that my jaw ached for days, even though she had remarked that my jaw was popping and cracking quite loudly. She talked with the hygienist the entire time she worked on my teeth in Vietnamese, and the only time they spoke in English was to say how they wish they could go home. I’ve been to many dentists and got a lot of dental and orthodontic work done, and I’ve never had an experience like this one before. It made me dread going back to the dentist again. This dentist is a great example of why so many people fear going to the dentist.

Not a good experience. The accounting woman was very rude and dismissive.My sister who is in a wheelchair was forcibly given fluoride when she said no. I asked for a printout of her dental plan and they said they were too busy and would email it. Never got it. Then they keep pushing an insurance broker’s card on us. Will not go back. Very disappointed.

Over the years I've had a great experience with Dr Hoang and the staff. She's awesome and amazing and has helped me tremendously with my dental care, including a bridge, partial, and crowns. She is kind and compassionate and has made my life a lot better. I always look forward to seeing everyone there when I go in. I highly recommend this dentist. She does an excellent and precise job. She's my favorite dentist I've had in seventy years!
