However, when I developed acute pain, a trusted friend (who is a doctor themselves and a patient here) highly recommended TETRAHEALTH DENTISTRY, emphasizing their biological approach to care. I am so grateful I took their advice. From the moment I walked into the 5th Avenue office, the warm, friendly atmosphere and polite staff immediately put me at ease. The technology here is incredibly advanced. After a thorough initial consultation where the doctor listened to all my concerns, they used cutting-edge diagnostic scans to create a crystal-clear, comprehensive treatment plan. The actual treatment process was a total revelation. I felt absolutely no pain and didn't even notice any needles, which had always been my biggest stop-factor. Dr. Rowan Pereira was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and engaging, building a deep sense of complete trust that was entirely justified. The dental assistants were also wonderful, doing everything possible to ensure my comfort. I had extensive dental surgery and I'm extremely pleased with the care and attention I received from Dr. Volchonok and his staff. They were professional, courteous and exceptionally supportive, understanding that I was concerned and quite anxious. They answered all my questions and at no point did I feel rushed. This practice was everything I was looking for in a holistic and biologic dentist! I was told a week ago that I needed a root canal on a back molar. I shopped around and this was the only practice I found that was somewhat near me that did PRF, laser, and ozone therapy with their extractions. The red light treatment post-op was so relaxing. The staff are so nice and caring. Dr Alex Volchonok explained everything very clearly to me about what needed to happen after looking at my CBCT scan, and no way would a root canal have solved this infection that went into my sinus cavity. I feel little to no pain 8hrs post-op. I'm coming back, and I would travel a lot further to come here if it was further away. I feel so lucky that the office is relatively near me, and the 5th ave location makes for a wonderful walk through the park!
