They are great !!!

Wow, What a nice facility visiting from California attended a “field trip” with my granddaughter. Tina the Patient Care Coordinator was so friendly and loving to the children and parents too making sure all our needs were met and Felix from the Orthodontic department was also there to lend a hand.Made me want to be a child again and sit down for a dental examination (Side note I’ve been in the dental field for over 40 years and found the office dynamics a welcoming one)

The staff at Texas Kids Dental were friendly, and we chose this office based on its many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was not as positive as we had hoped. One concern was that the dentist appeared to assume that my wife and I did not speak English. While I understand that misunderstandings can happen, the assumption made us feel uncomfortable and negatively affected our experience. We had also informed the office that our son needed treatment on his left tooth. However, the dentist initially began working on the right side. During the procedure, the dentist stepped out of the room for approximately 5 to 8 minutes because, from what I heard, he was needed to provide a quote or assist another patient. I felt that this interruption may have contributed to the anesthesia wearing off sooner than expected. When the dentist returned, we were advised that the anesthesia was wearing off and were asked whether we wanted the procedure to continue. We felt we needed to proceed because the dental work was required by our son's school. By that point, our son was experiencing significant pain, and it was very difficult for my wife and me to watch him go through that discomfort. Another issue involved our insurance. After our son had already started receiving treatment, we were informed that there had been a "glitch" in the system and asked to go to the front desk because additional payment was required. We understand that technical issues can occur, but it was frustrating to learn about the problem after treatment had already begun. While we appreciate the kindness of the staff and understand that mistakes can happen, the combination of these issues made the visit stressful and disappointing for our family. We hope this feedback can be used to improve communication and the patient experience for future families.

Dr Ju and Alexsa at Joe Battle location were awesome! These two ladies were so informative and accommodating. They put my child and I at ease and they are both some of the most patient and caring health care professionals I have encountered. If you take your kiddos in, I hope you get to experience them.

Assistants are so welcoming and nice. They made sure to let me know where my kids were going to be at all times. The dentist is quick as well. Plus can't beat free video games

Every time I come for My daughter‘s doctors appointment they always treat us nice in the front and in the back they’re very kind and very patient with the kids. I’ve never had a bad experience with anybody Love, bringing my kids here!

Scheduling is great. Everything is always explained throughly and all my kids have a great experience. The staff is great with children. Thank you for such a great experience everytime we go!

Yoeli was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful with my daughter, who loves being involved. She made sure my daughter could participate during her oral exam, which made the entire visit much more fun and enjoyable for my 3-year-old. Thank you as well to the doctor, who showed great patience and compassion while examining my daughter's teeth. I always enjoy coming to Texas Dental. The staff is consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, whether I'm visiting in person or calling the office. They also do a wonderful job creating a fun environment for children, with a play area, arcade games, and even a carousel. It makes every visit a positive experience for both parents and kids!
