Hello Buffalo & WNY 🦬 ♥️ I’m a huge believer in promoting businesses that exceed my own expectations. I know many people don’t enjoy going to the dentist or hate having dental work done. I used to be that same person until I found a home with Dr. Gretchen Galvin, The Buffalo Dentist. I am currently in the process of receiving a whole Smile Makeover with Dr. Galvin. Prior to starting this journey, I researched every thing, everyone and every place I could about this process. I had my free consultation with The Buffalo Dentist in December 2025 and currently, I am well on my way to having the most beautiful smile that I thought I could only achieve in my dreams! Dr. Galvin and her whole team makes it feel like you’re “The Favorite Family Member At Thanksgiving Dinner.” The whole office and staff are incredibly welcoming and supportive. They make every visit feel like you have your own personal concierge tending to your every need. They offer free oral sedation with warm weighted blankets and bluetooth noise cancellation headphones, which is especially nice when you have to have any kind of invasive dental work. As a mom of 5 I fully appreciate the little extras that make my day at the dentist feel like a mini spa retreat. If you are unhappy with your dental care or just looking for a dentist office that makes your treatment easier and much more enjoyable then I absolutely recommend you give The Buffalo Dentist a call. They do everything there!!! From routine cleanings, fillings, extractions to Full Mouth Smile Makeovers. Dental work does not need to be feared when you’re at The Buffalo Dentist 😁

Went in today and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the office was very clean. My dental assistant, who is always bubbly and quirky, made me laugh and helped me feel comfortable as usual. The only downside was that the appointment ran longer than normal. After the cleaning was finished, we ended up waiting for a bit for the dentist to come in, which made the visit feel drawn out. Once she did come in, the check was very quick. My appointments are usually around 30 minutes, but today took closer to an hour. For that reason alone, I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars and hoping future visits move a little faster once the cleaning is done.

Staff was absolutely amazing!!!! Dr. Galvin was also amazing. She took her time with me and answered all of my questions. It was like I knew her and her staff for years! For me an answer to prayer! This was a great experience and I have quite a bit of work to get done and I actually look forward to it!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Excellent experience overall for my visit on 10/14. Danny did one of the most gentle cleanings that I've ever experienced. I literally felt nothing. She was very thorough and explained everything on the xray without having to ask and was easy to understand. The front desk staff was welcoming and patient while I filled out the forms. Dr. Galvin addressed my concerns and offered a solution to my problem. I would highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you all!! You're great!
