EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE — STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC - It’s a scam. I walked into this clinic to get some general information and told them I had a little pain in my mouth. At first they seemed nice and gave me an appointment straight away for the next day. When I came back, the first thing they did was ask me to sign a paper. They told me it was a general welcome form to collect some infos. The lady at the front desk didn't even speak English. I tried to communicate with her, but it was impossible — she just said in Spanish, "Just sign here, quick." Only after the visit, they explain that it was a contract stating I had to pay a certain amount for whatever service I received. This was never made clear or explained upfront. During my appointment they didn't perform any real examination and didn't ask me a single question about my issue. They only took a panoramic X-ray. After that, they gave me the diagnosis: chronic generalized periodontitis associated with acute gingivitis (see attached pictures). Dr. Tatiana Zuarez then proposed the solution: a deep cleaning right away, followed by periodic cleanings every three months. Total proposed bill: $11,987 (see attached pictures). I was shocked by the way these people operate, so I went to see several other dentists. They all told me the diagnosis was completely wrong. I disputed the initial $300 "visit" charge with my credit card company, but because of that paper she had me sign at the beginning, she managed to get away with it — at least for now. I'm not going to let this go. What happened is unacceptable, and this clinic should be shut down. Be very careful!

Very bad. I lost my money, my time, and went through a long, painful process that ultimately didn't work. She wanted me to keep paying her more to continue… with her theory. I went to another dental clinic, and they had to undo the procedure and redo it (I had to pay another $2,000). Her need for money is obvious.

This was the best dental experience I have had in 30 years in the US. I went to Dr. Suarez a few weeks back because I had an old filling that was not done properly fall out. It had been leaking for some time so the cavity underneath was significant. From the moment I entered the space, I felt reassured, relaxed and well cared for. The practice is family run and Dr. Suarez and her assistant (who I believe is her Mother) were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, warm, and professional. Dr. Suarez explained everything to me in depth and was able to perform a complicated filling so that I did not have to undergo a root canal. My tooth has felt amazing since. I am so grateful that their office is in my building and I will be back for a cleaning!

I’m from Texas and travel regularly to have my dental work done by the best dentist I’ve found in the US; beyond the very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, she employs the best techniques and state-of-the-art equipment. The clinic is beautiful and well-equipped.

Rather than just treating the symptoms, she took the time to explain the specific lifestyle choices and preventative measures necessary to ensure lasting oral health. This level of dedication and communication is rare, and I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking top-tier dental care.
