The Dental Ark

We switched to Dental Ark and it was a great decision!! My 7 year old twins were treated with such great care and all my questions were answered!! The girls can't wait to visit again! It is me again! We’ve been with Dental Ark for almost 7 years. It shows that they are under new management and are pushed to upsell. They try to change you for cleanings that you’ve been doing for 7 years with the save plan. (They resolved it and will reverse the charge) One hygienist will say be careful that’s looking like it might turn into a cavity and then the Dentist comes in and says it’s needed. Recommendation if you’re trying to upsell, have the conversation away from your patients. Some of these kids are very intelligent and understand what you’re saying. Again you guys are super sweet and great, but the pressure you’re under to upsell is very unsettling. I will leave my five stars because the people there are great but who ever is not managing the place is ruining a good thing.

Dismal service. We arrived over 30 minutes early for our appointment. Despite the waiting room eventually being completely cleared out, we still had not been called back. When I went to inquire about the delay, staff advised that the person who was supposed to assist us was tied up and no one else was available to help. They were unable to provide an estimated wait time and instead offered to reschedule the appointment. I had already made arrangements at work, my child had missed breakfast, and we had been waiting nearly two hours. After all that time, being told they weren’t sure when we could be seen and being offered a reschedule was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication throughout the process was frustrating, and as a result, we will be seeking care elsewhere.

We had such a great experience! Dr. Calderon is very honest and you can tell she really cares about doing what’s best for the kids, not just rushing through treatment. She’s so gentle and calm, and my grandchild felt completely comfortable. The staff is wonderful and welcoming.It’s not easy finding a true pediatric dentist like this—so grateful we did.

By far the best service around. Consistently smiling service from all the staff. We feel at home and taken care of. I would highly recommend these folks to everyone around!

Great docs but be ready to wait an hour or 2 after your appointment. My kid could not eat and had to reschedule because she felt dizzy from not eating and waiting to long. Mixed emotions on this place

I have been taking my children to the Dental Ark for over 12 years and the staff has always been great! Steven went above and beyond to help me today, thank you Steven! Dr. Nett is amazing and goes above and beyond as well to make sure his orthodontics patients get the treatment they need and are satisfied with the results! Highly recommend!

We always have a great experience. here.They get us in and out without long wait times, which is huge. The staff is friendly, the office is spotless, and they do a great job explaining dental health. And thanks to Kris which helped us with today's visit.
