The Dental Express RB/Poway – Dentist in Rancho Bernardo, CA

This place has been playing with my life for the past couple of months because of my dentures. Every time I call, they don’t seem to care about my situation. I don’t understand how people continue to go there. The customer service is very rude, and the doctors are not doing a good job either. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and lack of professionalism. They do not deserve even one star.

I haven't yet had the pleasure of visiting this dental center. What I've seen and read gives me confidence, and I believe it's an excellent place overall. It looks like a top-notch center. Once I have the pleasure of visiting, I think I'll give it 5 stars. See you soon!

Andre is the best. He took his time to help me find my diamond earring when the other women said that they did Had did a thorough clean and didn’t find my earring?. so thank you Andre for making it possible for me to get my earring back. You’re the best.

Love them. So much better than Western Dental. They handled my implants beautifully. I opted for only topical anesthesia and it was painless. The teeth cleaning was painless as well. :)

Took my grandma to Express Dental today. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful, but the dental assistant Marwa was not polite at all. She was rough and didn’t explain anything she was doing beforehand. When my grandma tried to explain what was bothering her, the assistant cut her off and started doing something else. It made the visit uncomfortable and disappointing.

Dental Express Point Loma is the best! From Whitney at the front desk, to Paola, the Dental Assistant, and finally Dr. Baker, I was made to feel 100% comfortable and unashamed of the condition my mouth is in. I needed an immediate extraction, and the next day I was able to get through the day with only one pain killer. Dental work is never easy, but they are top-notch!

I had an amazing experience at Express Dental Point Loma. From the front desk team to hygienist and Dr.. Every staff member was very friendly and kind. I came in as a walk in and was seen almost immediately, it felt like I had gone to the dentist my entire life by the way I was treated. I got full examination, cleaning and two cavities filled all within 2 hours. I can’t wait for my next visit and looking forward to seeing all of the lovely people that work there again! Thank you so much for making my experience the best one yet!
