Dr. Majid was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I didn’t feel any pain, and the entire team was welcoming and professional. He was wonderfully assisted by Ison, who was attentive, efficient, and very reassuring. A special shout-out to Sara and Aida at the reception as well! I am currently undergoing orthodontic treatment with Dr. Muhannad, and my experience so far has been excellent. He is highly professional and precise in his work. The clinic is well-organized, and the staff are very kind and supportive. Highly recommended.

Extremely greedy. The receptionist does not know how to handle customers at all. You have to argue with her just to get a doctor’s consultation. She tries to diagnose issues over the phone and prescribes treatment without even seeing the patient. Even for gum pain near a wisdom tooth where no tooth has erupted yet, she suggested a root canal. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I visited Dr. Ahmad Alnajjar recently for an alignment consultation, and I had a great experience. He explained everything to me clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt very comfortable and well-informed about the process. I haven’t started my aligners yet, but based on this first visit, I’m confident I’m in good hands.
