The Dentist Center Sandy Springs

I am so sad that I learned about this office and location just before they moved. The entire team is absolutely wonderful! I stopped in with an emergency and just like that I was taken care of. Dr. Ward was kind and courteous & the team in the office was also very lovely. I wish they weren’t leaving but will continue my services with Dr. Ward!

Wonderful staff, very little wait time, and awesome dentist. They’re very upfront and honest which I appreciate because a lot of dental offices will try to get over on customers. Definitely recommend this office and staff!

Had an appointment with them and I asked them to confirm my insurance is covered before I showed up which they said it was covered. When I arrived, they had the wrong name on my file( somehow had my mothers name when it was never mentioned, and she’s not on my insurance, which means they must have looked up my phone number to find the name). They knew my insurance will not cover it and mentioned it when I arrived. It could have saved me a trip and getting off work early if they would have told me beforehand. Bad service.

Friendly staff, very communicative during cleaning, and no pushing to sell extra services. The lobby is clean and comfortable. They even had bilingual staff! The introductory paperwork did take awhile, so be early that first time. The appointment confirmation e-mail messages were a little confusing as well. Be sure to check hours, as it is not open everyday during the week. Location is convenient, in a plaza with other fun shops.

The best dentist and dental staff I’ve ever encountered. I’m a very nervous patient, and they put me at ease and make the entire experience painless and pleasant. I would recommend them for anyone.

I had a great first experience at this dental office. The staff is friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new Dentist in the Sandy Springs area. If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience this would be a great fit. My dental hygienist was personable and very gentle during the cleaning and x-ray procedures.

Hands down the best dentistry practice I have ever been to. Candace was a pleasure and such a kind and informative hygienist. She was able to make me feel comfortable and gave so much insight into oral health and how to properly care for my teeth once back home. The dentist himself was a joy as well, and I definitely see this as a practice I will be coming back to time and time again. Finally found "THE ONE"!

So far the best dentist experience of my life. The older I get, the more anxious I become about going to the dentist. As a new patient, I was able to put that into my paperwork. I was walked through every step that the hygienist and dentist would be doing during my time. The hygienist took the time to tell me what all the tools did along with gave some extra breaks to breath. I have a lot more confidence to return on schedule. They have been great!

In my 1.6 years of staying in the US, this was my first dental appointment and I am glad I chose The Dentist at Sandy Springs Center. The wonderful and courteous staff made me feel extremely welcome! A big shout-out to Candyce, my oral hygienist for the day, who did a wonderful job with a much-needed clean-up! She took her time and left me with some super helpful tips toward the end! I highly recommend this place :D Cheers :D

It was my 1st time visit; recommendation came from close friends who spoke highly of Dr. Myers and his entire team. I agree 100%! They made me feel very comfortable; especially since I'm one who goes to the dentist like I should. All questions I had were answered which was very important to me since I'm a new patient. Dr. Myers explained the procedure I needed step by step which made me even more comfortable in trusting him and his team. I plan to use their services again and highly recommend Dr. Myers and his team to all!
