Freya and Kate looked after me so well today during my dental cleaning. I had to bring my 6-week-old baby with me, and they were incredibly kind and understanding. They never made me feel uncomfortable about my baby crying, and they even helped me with my belongings and prepared a bottle of formula for him. The cleaning itself was gentle, thorough, and completely painless. They checked on me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. The kindness, compassion, and professionalism that Freya and Kate showed were truly exceptional. Thank you both so much – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! ♥️

My wife and I have been using the Dentists Old Market for many years and I just wanted to say a big thank you on behalf of us both for the fantastic help and service we always receive from them! I’ve had three implants, two bridges, numerous fillings and much else done (sadly as a result of poor dentistry years before). Thanks to Kain, Claire, Tracy, Angie and all the other amazing staff there I no longer have any fear of having major work done!

Can’t recommend Dr Sandra and Christina enough! They made me feel so relaxed and comfortable and made a process I was so scared of, a root canal, seamless, easy and almost entirely painless! I can’t thank them enough!

I recently had two old metal fillings replaced with composite fillings by Dr Sandra Oliveira, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I sat in the chair, Dr Oliveira was incredibly calm, reassuring, and professional, making me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. She took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with such precision and care. The quality of her work is outstanding. My new composite fillings look completely natural, and you wouldn’t even know I’d ever had fillings there. The attention to detail and finish are truly amazing. I highly recommend Dr Sandra Oliveira to anyone looking for a skilled, gentle, and professional dentist. Thank you for such excellent care and fantastic results!

I’ve been seeing Kain and his team at The Dentist Old Market for years, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Kain genuinely cares about his patients and has a fantastic chairside manner that really puts you at ease. He likes to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right, and I always feel I’m in safe hands. I only wish I had the option to give 6 stars!

I had an appointment with Freya and Maddy today. Freya and Maddy made me feel very comfortable throughout my hydro clean. I can honestly say Freya did an absolutely excellent job and my teeth are gleaming white! They are the best! I cannot recommend enough. Both very friendly and professional. Love this dentist!!!

I have never been a fan of the dentist in fact I have always been rather terrified. When I called to enquire about an appointment and process, Angela was amazing from the start is she understood from the beginning that this was not an appointment I wanted to make. From my first consultation with Maria it became clear that the most important thing to her was my trust and my confidence her main focus was on what I needed to become confident and happy. I will be forever thankful for the positive impact Maria has made to my life.
