Great first visit, but I have no prior experience with them to refer to. As a senior who had orthodontia treatment in another state ten years ago, all I needed was new retainers. I was in and out in 25 minutes--virtually no waiting, scans taken, and an appointment made to pick up my new retainers in a week. Great, efficient service!
I have had so many family members be treated by Dischinger Orthodontics and I can't recommend them enough!! My sister, my niece and nephew, my two sons... One whom has ASD and anxiety disorder, and they bent over backwards to help him. Absolutely the best place to go. If it were possible, I'd give them ten stars.
The Dischinger team is probably the best dental team that I have ever worked with. They are professional in every way, and they always make you welcome and feel well cared for. The whole experience was incredible from the first phone call. I made the kindness of staff their ability and willingness to get me in super quick on the fly and then when I arrived, the place is like a resort hotel. It’s crazy absolutely phenomenal location, structure service kindness out of this world I almost don’t feel deserving of that. Kind of kindness and love and support. I really feel like I’m on the path to a better and stronger future I’m 65 years old and I’m getting braces and my confidence right now with my smile and my ability to speak well are kind of at the lowest they’ve been in a very long time so I’m looking forward to having a better life, a better smile and being extremely supported in my journey of braces for the next two years I’m laughing and smiling out loud as I’m writing this because I’m just super excited and my experience today with their team just blew my mind old school service modern technology filled with absolute incredible people. I can’t say enough great things about this orthodontic office from the moment you walk in everyone is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and stress-free. The doctor is amazing and his staff is fabulous. I would recommend this office to anybody no matter what age they are. They’re the best.

Yeah nothing tops the professionalism, passion, and fun of this place. Amanda did such a good job putting an expander in my son’s mouth. Growing up, I hated going to the orthodontist. It felt torture. I wish Dr. D and his team had been in practice when I needed them in the 90s (or at least in LA, where I lived!). He and his staff bring so much kindness and empathy to this practice and they really help kids with special needs get acclimated to the long haul treatment of orthodontics and braces. Just look at all the glowing reviews from other people. This place is fun to come to (there are video games and celebrity signatures in the waiting area), prizes, a fun rewards system that involves gift cards and other great things, and just wonderful people all around. 1000/10.
