I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic and found the overall level of professionalism extremely concerning. The clinic appears to be struggling with basic management and organization. There is no proper management structure in place, and it seems that the clinic has lost many of its doctors over time. Even the nurses are required to perform reception and administrative duties, which raises serious questions about how the clinic is organized and how medical processes are managed. What concerned me most was the lack of respect for patients’ time. The main doctor regularly arrives late for scheduled appointments, despite the clinic already having a relatively small number of patients. In my opinion, being punctual for a patient appointment should be a basic professional standard. The overall management does not appear to be focused on developing the clinic or improving the patient experience. From what I observed, the business is operating with very limited resources, and there appear to be ongoing issues with staff payments. Employees may experience delays in receiving their salaries, and there were also situations where work was completed but payment was not properly made. Unfortunately, the combination of poor management, lack of organization, staff being required to perform roles outside their main responsibilities, and repeated delays in patient appointments creates a very concerning overall impression. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment or employment here carefully evaluate the clinic’s organization, management, and standards before making a decision.

A clinic I can truly recommend based on my experience. They offer advanced treatments, including retinal surgery, as well as affordable professional teeth cleaning using the GBT protocol. The team consists of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals who really know what they are doing. Highly recommended!

Prof/Pierre Bouletreau The most amazing professor in Maxillofacial treatments I have ever met in my life. I was so lucky to reach him and to have my surgery with him . I had a serious dangeroussss case, and he treated me in a very clever way. I came specially from Egypt to Dubai to have my surgery with him 4 years ago.
