I am a new patient to this clinic and already had two amazing experiences. Fixed a broken half crown and helped me with an infected tooth. Everything was explained to me clearily with all the available options.Absolutely professional and yet friendly staff: from the dentists to front desk. You feel like you are in very competent ( and gentle) hands. 100% recommended.

I am a new patient, but already feel at home with the team at The Natural Tooth! I had to switch dentists because my former dentist dropped my insurance carrier- but the staff at The Natural Tooth were able to squeeze me in for an appointment a couple days after I called. Great bedside manner by the hygienist and doctor, which was much appreciated by this Nervous Nellie that has a lot of dental issues- ekkkk. The front desk administrators were kind and filled me in (no pun intended) on what to expect in future visits/costs. Happy I found this place.

I just had another appointment for cleaning and and review and can’t express my gratitude to Dr Jardine and the entire staff enough in person so that’s why I put it writing . It has been a years since my wife and I moved to Dr Jardine’s practice and it was the best decision we have done 😀. Solid work & caring staff.

I have had a very positive experience here and wanted to leave a review because their patience and professionalism have genuinely made a difference for me. I have a physical issue where I tend to cough and gag a lot during dental work, which can make appointments difficult and stressful. Instead of getting frustrated or rushing through things, they take the time needed to make me comfortable and work at a pace that allows me to rest and recover when needed. When I have more involved work done, the staff goes out of their way to help make the experience easier. They will bring in extra help when needed for things like additional suction to keep fluid out of my mouth, giving me breaks, and even simply talking to me during procedures to help distract me and keep me calm. I never feel rushed or like I am inconveniencing them. Another thing I really appreciate is how they communicate with me. In my experience, many dentists either lecture patients like children or repeat the same things over and over as if you are not listening. That has not been my experience here at all. They talk to me like an adult, give their advice respectfully, and leave it at that. I also had a very traumatic experience with a dentist as a child, which caused me to avoid dentists for much of my adult life. They have been very understanding of that and have shown a level of patience and compassion that I honestly did not expect. If you are someone who struggles with dental anxiety, sensitivity, gag reflex issues, or difficult past experiences, I would absolutely recommend giving this office a try.

I loved the Natural Tooth it felt humble and homey with all the state-of-the-art technology and the staff was friendly. The dental experience was pleasant.
