About The Right Smile Center
The Right Smile Center provides dental care on Carpenter Drive Northeast in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Implants are considered by many dentists the most durable way to replace a missing tooth, since the titanium post fuses with the jaw bone over several months and then supports a crown that functions much like a natural tooth. Enough healthy bone is the main prerequisite, and a graft can build that up first if needed.
A veneer is a thin custom shell bonded to the front of a tooth to change its shape, length, or colour, most often used to address chips, gaps, or discoloration that whitening alone cannot fix. Traditional veneers require a small amount of enamel to be removed, which makes the change permanent.
Cosmetic treatment is generally the least invasive branch of dentistry, built around changing how teeth look rather than fixing something broken. Whitening and bonding sit at the lighter end; veneers and reshaping involve more planning. Most cosmetic dental insurance excludes this kind of work, since it is elective rather than medically necessary.
A crown covers an entire damaged tooth — used when too much structure is missing for a filling to hold reliably, whether from a large fracture, extensive decay, or after root canal treatment. It restores both the shape and the biting strength of the tooth underneath.
A bridge replaces one or more missing teeth by anchoring a false tooth to crowns placed on the teeth either side of the gap, creating a fixed replacement rather than a removable one. It is a longstanding alternative to an implant, particularly when the neighbouring teeth already need crowns.
Oral surgery covers procedures beyond routine treatment — surgical extractions including impacted wisdom teeth, implant placement, and bone grafting among the more common ones. The distinguishing feature is generally that tissue is opened and closed as part of the procedure, rather than treated at the surface. Integrity is important.
Great experience. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Process was quick and Dr. Z provided me a routine to keep my teeth in optimal health. If you like smaller setting with a laid back vibe check them out.
Dr. ZoAnna Bock likes to involve herself in gossip about other patients from completely separate practices and situations that have nothing to do with her office, and if she does that, then what privacy does she give her actual patients here? Probably none. No one should be going to a doctor who involves themselves in other patient-doctor confidential matters. The blurred professional boundaries are a major red flag and a poor reflection on this doctor and the practice as a whole. It says everything about a provider, especially when so many people are already terrified of the dentist. EW.
We Love Drs Scheinfeld. I’ve been a patient of Dr Novy for years. Also love Skyler, hygienist. Wonderful practice with caring providers.
wouldn’t suggest going here if your a person of color dr novy treats her assistant very rude and don’t respect them and very unprofessional but her daughter doctor zoey is great and very respectful person
Super happy here. Unfortunately I moved and not a close drive to the office anymore , but have chose to stay with them because they are kind, honest, and through several jobs always work with my insurance. They are upfront with pricing and never pushy or try to put on a “hard sell” for anything.
Two stars for their billing, two stars for their service. My big problem with them was with billing. Be absolutely sure they are in your network. They informed me they were in network and it turned out they weren't, so I had to pay quite a bit of money out of pocket to see a dentist there I had seen for 25 years under a previous plan. I got a filling there and had issues with it, but unfortunately my dentist who had done the filling retired before I could get it repaired. They billed me to adjust the filling, that is, charged me two times for the same tooth pain. They charged for the filling and they charged to adjust the filling. After a long and heated discussion with them they adjusted the bill. I am still having issues with the tooth but have found a dentist in network to look at it, as a senior citizen it is not worth the billing battle I'd have to go through to go back to them for another repair attempt. Make sure they are in network before dealing with them.
Very satisfied with my visit to Dr. Scheinfeld! My general dentist referred me to her for concerns with worn teeth due to grinding. Dr. Scheinfeld explained my issues and best care options in a way for me to understand and graciously answered all my questions. Am glad I was referred to this office and highly recommend them.
