I had an amazing experience with The Smile Designer! From the moment I walked in,the entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was professional,friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. The quality of care was outstanding,and the attention to detail really showed. I rarely do negative reviews but this one is warranted. Dr Idriss charged my mother 10s of thousands of dollars, was verbally nasty-blamed her for any issues, and in the end, the teeth my mom tried to preserve fell out in her hand and she has had to get false teeth. My mother has since gone to a different dentist who is kind and competent.

Dr. Idriss ,the entire office staff and the lab staff are the epitome of quality dental solutions. I truly regret that i didn't know of them 17 years ago when I first needed dentures. That first experience was very expensive and painful because I was told I needed bone grafting and implanted support posts to anchor my dentures. After 17 years of just tolerable denture wearing it was time to get new dentures. I did a social media "recommendation request" and Dr. Idriss was one of the recommendations. Thank goodness I decided to make an appointment to see her and decided to proceed with her plan for my new dentures! The entire process was far less complicated than I expected. No bone grafts, no implants, just perfectly fitted, fully functional, comfortable dentures that look beautiful and natural. Their personal attention, detailed care and kindness cannot be surpassed. I've noticed a few negative reviews about pricing but if you do a detailed search for high-quality dental work you will find - as i did, that Smile Designer pricing is right on point and comparable. I highly recommend Dr. Idriss and the Smile Designers entire staff !

Best and sweetest staff! I had severe trauma from an accident as a young child on my front teeth and Dr. Idriss was my savior In bringing my confidence back in 2012 and she excelled above and beyond when my other front tooth deteriorated from the accident years later, now, 2024. She is meticulous with her work and extremely a perfectionist in her career. Her knowledge and passion for her work is undeniable. She will execute to perfection! Sandra is absolutely amazing as well. She is very kind and makes you feel completely at ease when you are undergoing a procedure. Dr. Idriss has regular staff for years which shows they are passionate and fulfilled In their field. Thank you ladies!!! You all are amazing!!!

The level of concern not just about my teeth, but overall health and well being exceeded my expectations. They helped me through a tough space and decision about my dental treatment just by showing empathy and gaining my trust by educating me thoroughly on my options and risks.
