I’ve now been to The Springs Modern Dentistry twice—July 9th and July 11th—and unfortunately, I’m still thinking about my experience. The front staff was kind and welcoming, although everything did feel a little rushed. The hygienist was fine, and Dr. Fuller was okay, but I left my first appointment feeling unclear about whether I was actually being diagnosed with gum disease and generally felt like the appointment was rushed. I will say that Mary was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable, especially during my second visit when I came back to have a cavity filled. When I arrived for my second appointment, I was told someone had called out and they were short-staffed. Mary did my numbing, and she did a great job. Dr. Fuller began drilling out the decay, and then I had to wait while my filling was created. I completely understand that process—the office takes pictures to create a filling specifically to fit the tooth, which I thought was a great concept. While I waited approximately 30 minutes for the filling, I could hear the dentist and hygienist yelling back and forth to each other about other patients and what procedures needed to be done right then. It was uncomfortable to sit there listening to conversations about other patients, and it added to the feeling that the office was overwhelmed and disorganized. The experience unfortunately went downhill from there. Someone came in to place the filling but did not introduce herself or explain who she was. This also made me nervous, not having a dentist place my filling. She began trying to place the filling and was having difficulty getting it to stay in place, eventually calling Dr. Fuller for assistance. Dr. Fuller returned and, in my opinion, spoke to her in a way that came across as rude and demeaning, which was uncomfortable to witness. Dr. Fuller then had to drill a little more of my tooth. At that point, she started drilling without asking whether I was still numb. I could absolutely feel some of the drilling, and the experience was very uncomfortable. I understand that offices can be short-staffed and that procedures don’t always go perfectly. What bothered me most was the overall lack of communication and the feeling that everything was being rushed. As a patient, I want to feel informed, comfortable, and confident about what is happening during my care. Mary was truly the bright spot in both of my visits, and I’m grateful for how kind and compassionate she was. Unfortunately, because of the overall experience, I left disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for my future dental care.

We have been going to this dental office for over two years and we have always been assisted by Dr. Fuller in the most caring way possible. She has been very helpful, supportive, responsive towards my family. Her work is excellent and that has given us peace of mind when it comes to dental procedures or dental needs in general. We want to say thank you to Dr. Fuller and the team for all the hard work you do to help my family and the community.

Very good work explained everything to me very professional

My dentist is amazing. Frustrated with being hung up on today after asking for no phone communication as I have almost 40 calls and reminders over the last two months. After another call today the billing is not uploaded on my chart nor the payment plan and I had to call last week to make sure it was up to date. To my surprise it wasn’t and I keep receiving phone calls. I was also added an appt to my schedule I didn’t schedule. It seems like a lot of upkeep and management on my end to have to cancel appts I didn’t make, be communicated with via email and text and never knowing when and how much is due. If the dentist wasn’t amazing I’d be finding another location. Angela please don’t hang up on me again as I was using my lunch time to answer for a request that wasn’t clear or on my chart.

Dr.Fuller is wonderful. I had a bridge fall out and was freaking out thinking of the cost and she was able to fix it. I’m so grateful for quality dental care.

Modern Dentistry is amazing. Their staff are kind, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Their are no surprise fees and they ensure that you understand any procedure. I truly appreciate all their attention to detail. Special shout-out to Dr. Fuller!

I had a great experience at this dental office. The office is very clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The entire staff is friendly and professional, making every visit comfortable from start to finish. A special thank you to Angela at the front desk, who is incredibly friendly, helpful, and greets patients with a smile. She and Erin made the check-in process easy and pleasant. Dr. Bolotin is kind, patient, and accommodating. He took the time to explain procedures and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a caring team.

I went here a few time. I had never had any dental issue prior and all of the sudden I’m have massive expensive issues. I went somewhere else and they told me I was fine and that this place has quotas they have to meet. They didn’t give me time to explain what was going on or what needed to be done, they just tried to book my next appointment. I would not recommend this place at all. Go support a local dentist.

I had an excellent experience with Farnood during my dental cleaning. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing throughout the appointment. His communication was outstanding, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Most importantly, he was very gentle while still being meticulous and effective in his cleaning. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and patient-centered approach. I highly recommend Farnood to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dental hygienist.

I’ve had dental work done in different countries over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Fuller was fantastic. It’s rare to find a dentist who genuinely cares this much about their patients. She was so patient with me. She took her time with everything, and it really shows the sharp eye for detail she brings to her practice. The entire team is just wonderful. Erin and the other front desk staff kept everything running so smoothly up front, and the dental assistant, Giselle made me feel taken care of the moment I sat in the chair. I also have to mention my hygienist, Farnood, who was so thorough yet gentle, which I really appreciated. It is such a relief to find a team that combines such high-level technical skill with such genuine, compassionate care!
