I had an excellent experience at Super Dentist in Escondido! The entire team was amazing and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout her visit. They were incredibly attentive to her dental needs, took the time to explain everything, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and positive. A special shout-out to Amanda! She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. Very patient, kind, and professional. She answered every single one of my daughter’s questions without ever making her feel rushed, and her calm, caring attitude really helped put her at ease. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident during her appointment.

Super Dentist in Escondido is just a name, there’s nothing super about it anymore. The office no longer has the fun atmosphere shown in their photos. Most of the games, toys, and kid-friendly features they advertise are gone or non functional. I’m at the office right now, and their insurance authorization department is extremely inefficient. They made me drive to the appointment, only to find out that the authorization department never responded. I was left on hold for 30 minutes with no resolution. The front desk staff seemed unconcerned and showed no interest in escalating the issue to management at any point. They simply left me waiting and did not proactively communicate what was happening. I had to repeatedly ask for updates. I also noticed signs throughout the office promoting expanded services for adults. Given my experience today and the changes I’ve seen over the years, it makes me wonder whether they are shifting their focus away from pediatric patients and toward adult services. After being a customer for three years, I’ve decided to find a different pediatric dentist in Escondido. If you are looking for a children’s dentist in Escondido with efficient customer service and better communication, I would recommend exploring other options. Very disappointing experience and a waste of time.

Marivel was outstanding with my daughter. She made her feel comfortable and calm throughout the entire check up. Ileana was also very professional and thorough with all of my daughter’s paperwork and care coordination. This location has completely changed my perspective on Super Dentists. The level of care and professionalism we received was excellent, and we will continue coming to this location moving forward.

Great place, fun atmosphere. My son came in for his routine check up and cleaning. I brought up my concerns about him seeming to be sensitive during brushing and they happily offered x-rays to assess his dentition health. The doctor came in and reviewed the rads and did a check of his teeth. While there was nothing wrong, they assured me that if things get worse or something changes, to bring him back and they will check again. Our nurse was really sweet and patient with my son and he sat very well for his radiographs, cleaning, sealant and fluoride treatments. She was very knowledgeable in what the sealant was used for and it's lifespan after application, taking care to remind me what to avoid so it has a chance to set on his teeth. Highly recommended but no, not a necessity. And if it truly makes caring for his teeth that much easier, I'm happy to do it. Overall, a really good experience for both of us and I am very happy with the service at the Escondido location.

He was very anxious going in, but the dentist was incredibly patient, understanding, and gentle throughout the entire visit. She made him feel comfortable and at ease, which truly meant a lot to me as a parent. I also want to recognize the RN who assisted during the visit—she was just as kind, attentive, and supportive, helping create a calm and reassuring environment for my son. Despite his anxiety, the team was able to perform their work professionally and efficiently. We truly appreciate the kindness, teamwork, and dedication shown—thank you for such a positive experience!
