The dentist staff were excellent with my daughter as she had cavity. They explained everything to her and made her feel comfortable every single step of the process.Thank you

I am astounded at the previous review. My husband and I have been patients at this practice for many years and have always had kind, prompt and effective treatment. Monika is delightful and so very kind. She explains everything she is doing to your teeth during the treatment. We are both approaching 80 (as are our teeth!) and I am absolutely convinced that the reason we both still have our own teeth is down to the care we have received over the years from Longstanton Dental Practice. I should also state that we are NHS patients. I must add that I find it impossible to understand why a parent would give a snack to a 12 year old and then take him to a dentist without cleaning his teeth. Even a quick brush and some water to rinse whilst travelling to there would have been helpful & courteous.

I do not recommend this practice. Last month, we had an appointment for my 12-year-old son with Monika Kuzniewska at this practice. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to Ms. Kuzniewska’s rude, unempathetic, and ego-centric approach. Before the appointment, my son had a quick snack after school and came directly to the practice. During the visit, Ms. Kuzniewska made inappropriate remarks such as “Show respect to your dentist” and “I don’t have time to wash his mouth.” Her tone and overall communication were unprofessional and upsetting. As a result, my son was distressed and even cried after the appointment. I reported this incident to the practice, expecting a professional response. Instead, the reply was defensive, dismissive of my concerns, and even attempted to justify the behavior. They also informed us that we should look another practice after reporting the case - politely they fired us. This confirmed my impression of poor management and lack of professionalism. This was not the first negative interaction with Ms. Kuzniewska—I had previously experienced similar behavior but chose not to report it. This time, however, I could not ignore it because it affected my child emotionally. In summary, the practice’s handling of complaints and overall attitude reflect a lack of professionalism. I have already decided that Ms. Kuzniewska will not be my son’s dentist, and I will be seeking care elsewhere. I strongly do not recommend this practice to anyone.

Had a routine 6 month check up and Hygienist appt with Claire and Jodie all pain free 🙂 All staff are lovely with extra praise for Hannah (reception) And Nurses Eva and Molly.

Claire, the hygienist, is amazing. I have a real fear of dentists and anyone being near my teeth and Claire has always shown such patience and compassion. I would definitely recommend seeing Claire. I found Jodie was also very good with me. The reception staff have always been very friendly and welcoming.

Jodie, her assistant and the receptionist are absolutely fabulous. I suffer from anxiety and hadnt visited a dentist for a long time following an incident with another dentist but they have been so understanding throughout my treatments and it's almost become a pleasure to visit the dentist which 1 year ago seemed a distant dream. I can not recommend them highly enough. Genuinely lovely people who have your best interests at heart. Always friendly with a warm welcome and they have the ability to make you feel at easy.
