We offer home whitening, as well as Enlighten whitening, the only whitening system which guarentees the whitest shade B1! What does it involve? Your dentist at Windsor Dental Leicester will take moulds of your teeth which will allow a dental technician to make customised whitening trays which fit your teeth and mouth perfectly. You will be fully instructed on how to use them by using the whitening gel in the tray everyday for two weeks. How well will it work? Teeth whitening works well to lighten the colour of your teeth, and Enlighten Whitening guarentees a B1 shade...the whitest shade on a shade guide used by all dentists. We at Windsor Dental are one of Leicester’s only providers on Enlighten Whitening. How long does it last? In general, the results last anywhere from 18 months to 2 years. If you have had whitening with Windsor Dental Leicester before, you can purchase additional 'top up' gels...as long as the Dentist has seen and checked this is still suitable for you. Does it hurt? The biggest side effect of whitening is sensitivity. It varies from person to person, but shouldn't be something that puts you off. Enlighten Whitening carries much lower levels of sensitivity, but speak to your dentist today for more information. How much does Teeth Whitening in Leicester cost? I recently had a tooth extraction with Dr Rayann, and she was fantastic. I was quite nervous as always 😅 but she dealt with the procedure like a pro quick, painless, and highly professional. Thank you so much!!

Outstanding care from Dr Azeem Mirza. I had a wisdom tooth removed, and the whole experience was far better than I expected. The procedure was quick, smooth, and virtually painless. He was professional, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I had my first dentist appointment in 15 years this week at Windsor Dental Practice. From the receptionist to the dentist and hygienist, they couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. I felt something wasn't right with my teeth & asked for an emergency appointment. They got me in the next day which was very reassuring. The Dental checkups & x-ray confirmed my teeth were sound but my gums were really in need of hygienist's attention. I was really impressed with the skill and care of the staff who ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed with my treatment. Many thanks to Azeem Mirza and Jaya Chodisetty for that. I'm taking away good advice on teeth & gums care and will definitely be making my 6 months' checkup. I was also relieved that the prices of treatments are really clear on the website. As a new walk-in patient, everything was very straightforward.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dentist. I do not live in Leicester and travelled 1 hour and 20 minutes to this dentist. I had attended an emergency appointment as a new patient because I was having really bad gum recession for the past 4 days and pain in my gums when I brush. I had not visited a dentist in 4 years due to not being able to find an NHS dentist, and made this aware to Dr Rayaan El Hassan I when I attended. When I had my appointment I expressed all of my concerns, especially because I knew I had some cavities. I asked the dentist about them and she brushed it off, not giving me a clear answer and saying that I needed night guards and any other concerns will be properly examined in my next appointment. She did not do any x-rays, she did not even use any dental instruments. She simply looked at my mouth for literally 2 minutes and called it a day. I paid for that appointment and they booked me in for the following week. I decided a few days later that I did not want the night guards as my main concern is just my cavities and gums at the moment. When I tried to call them (multiple times) no one bothered to pick up, I called them the next day then after about 3 minutes of waiting they finally picked up. I told the receptionist that I did not want the night guards anymore but I was still wanting to get my teeth checked for the cavities. The receptionist said he is going to cancel my upcoming appointment and that I have to wait 28 days to book another appointment because of ‘policy’ but then said that if I was a private patient I could be seen as many times as I want? Why is it that because I’m not paying for private that I’m not allowed to be seen if I need to be? I am a student dental nurse, I work in a dental practice and I know what the standards are. I was surprised when they did not do any x-rays on my first appointment as a new patient at the practice. How can you know that I don’t have any underlying problems under the enamel if you don’t check, especially because I have literally told you I have not seen a dentist in 4 years. They did not bother to do any dental charting, basic periodontal examination or X-ray. So what did I pay for in that appointment? Simply a look in my mouth. I am appalled and now I have to look for another dental practice again because I don’t want to be registered somewhere that won’t do basic standard procedures properly the first time. It’s a shame because it took me so long to find an NHS dentist and I was willing to do the travel. Now I don’t know when I’m going to find another dentist.

We initially chose Windsor Dental Practice because of the competitive pricing, but unfortunately our experience has been disappointing. Both my partner and I attended appointments and were advised that we each needed a cavity filling. I’ve previously had two fillings done overseas without any pain or complications, so I felt comfortable proceeding. However, after our treatments here, we both experienced ongoing pain when biting and chewing. We returned to the practice to address this. My dentist made some adjustments which helped slightly over time, but my partner’s experience was worse, their filling had to be partially redone after being over-polished, and even now, more than two months later, they are still experiencing pain and have to avoid using that side when eating. In our past experiences, any discomfort from fillings has resolved within a few hours once the anaesthetic wears off. That has not been the case here for either of us, which is concerning. While the staff are friendly and welcoming, the quality of the dental work has not met our expectations. Given that this is healthcare, we feel it’s important to share our experience honestly. At this point, we’re hesitant about returning for further treatment.

I had dentures fitted by Dr Azeem assisted bu Chelsea. I was so nervous about this process, particularly having no teeth for a few weeks. The whole process was seamless. Having my upper teeth out was relatively painless and such a relief. Didn't need painkillers after the first day. Dr Azeem was honest with me through the process and helping me to manage my expectations. 3 weeks later I had a beautiful denture fitted. I have had no problems since and am smiling at everyone. They fit so well and there is no soreness in my mouth at all. Im getting used to eating and it gets easier each day. I cannot recommend Dr Azeem enough. His work is absolutely first class. My only regret is that I did not do it years ago!
