Everyone is super friendly! The Doctor figured out my issue and fixed it with in weeks! I’m glad I came to this place.

I was visiting my daughter who was due to deliver any day and chipped a tooth. Dr Ouellette’s office got me in immediately. Dr Ouellette and his entire staff were amazing, kind and professional. I was in and out with a composite in less than 30 minutes that is absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend Dr Ouellette for anyone looking for an outstanding Dentist!

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was nervous about leaving my long time dentist in another state and it’s safe to say I think I found better! Dr. Oullette was great, informative and thorough. Jen did such a great job cleaning my teeth and she was so sweet! Highly highly recommend :)

I had a mixed experience here, with some genuinely positive parts and a couple of things that ultimately led me to move on. The hygienist was excellent — very methodical, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing a careful cleaning. Dr. Thomas E. Ouellette was also friendly and thoughtful, and I genuinely appreciated that when my crown came off, he came in outside normal hours on a Friday to put it back on. That kind of responsiveness and care meant a lot. That said, the crown experience was also one of the reasons I decided to leave the practice. After the crown was permanently cemented, we discovered the fit/contact with the neighboring tooth was far too tight — I couldn’t get floss through at all. He then had to drill away material to create space. I appreciated him fixing it, but I would have expected the contact and fit to be checked before permanent cement was used. Having had several crowns before, this was the first time I had run into that kind of issue. The other issue was more minor, but concerning when it repeated: during each of my last two cleanings, the suction device came apart and I had to hold it during the cleaning. Once is understandable — equipment has bad days too — but when the same thing happens again four months later, it starts to feel like something that should have been addressed. Overall, there are good people here and some real positives, especially the hygienist and the dentist’s willingness to help after hours. But between the crown issue and the repeat equipment problem, I lost confidence in the practice’s attention to detail and moved to a different dental practice.

Great, friendly, and very professional staff. I am so glad a friend of mine referred me. I live a bit far, but it was definitely worth a drive.

Close by parking is convenient. The music and fifth floor view of down town Denver lends to soothing ambiance. All the personnel are welcoming and respectful and cognizant of patient anxieties about procedures, pain or time. Everyone works hard to mitigate those anxieties. Dr. Quellette is very personable, empathetic and constantly checks on patient status. Most importantly Dr. Quellette makes certain the patient is well anesthetized to fit a person's specific requirements before proceeding. Great coffee too!
