I called Thunder Mountain Dentistry yesterday to make an appointment for an exam and cleaning. I'd never been there before, so they asked for contact info etc. I TOLD them the ONLY way I want them to contact me is by voice, no text or e-mail. I also wanted to know if I would have a co-pay, but they said someone in their insurance dept. would call me before the end of the day. 30 minutes later I get a text confirming my appointment, but no call back. This morning the insurance lady calls me but says the text messaging is automatic and I should have told the appointment lady I preferred to not get them. She ALSO tells me I do NOT have an appointment, which the text message confirmed I DID have. I told her to cancel my non-existing appointment and to never contact me again using voice, text, US mail, e-mail or carrier pigeon! Thunder Mountain Dentistry in Bullhead City has their heads up their collective butts!
Thunder Mountain Dentistry are THE BEST! Their price was reasonable. The staff took care to find out my history in detail and the Dentist explained to me what was going on every step if the way. No pain! They were so caring that I found myself telling them I love them! LOL
First thing when you walk through the door, everybody is very happy to see you there. So polite and kind and friendly and fun. And when they call you back, they make you feel very excited about being able to see you and help you in every way that they can. And then they seem sad when I get ready to leave and I'm very happy with the work that has been done on my mouth. They answer my questions. They enjoy the little jokes that I tell them. It's almost like being at home and they're very professional at doing it as well. I look forward to my next visit that says a lot for the people that work there

My experience with thunder Mountain dentistry was absolutely great. The doctors there were thorough with what needed to be done with my visit explained everything in detail that I needed to know I was very pleased and satisfied. It was a warm, welcoming my first visit friendly people well spirited I felt comfortable Being there, the environment was pleasant, very friendly I know I have found the right dentist for my needs
