I left Dr. Owens' practice a few years ago for 2 reasons: First, I was sent to collections for a bill I had already paid. When I asked them to remove it, I was questioned and was told to bring proof I had paid already as I'm standing there with the signed receipt from their office. In addition, any procedures beyond a filling caused problems for me. Crown procedures are rushed and ill-fitting. Ended up with a root canal. Lastly, visits are rushed and not as detailed for cost after insurance. Dr. Owens was very friendly and personable.

Thank you so very much for you care and expertise in my dental care. You take the time to explain whats needed for better oral hygiene while simultaneously or in parallel with actually fixing my poor self Dental care. Losing 2 front front teeth crowns on Saturday not fun, Monday morning Tidewater Family Dentistry office staff immediately started my recovery process, DR Vaughan explained my options perfectly, it was time for implants, Dr. Vaughan made a perfect interim retainer that day to replace my missing front teeth. Staff recommended HROMS for implants, 4 months later Dr Vaughan had my new front teeth replaced looking and feeling GREAT. Thanks Dr Vaughan and staff for fast as possible replacement job and their professionalism.

Dr. Vaughan was gentle and thorough with the care she gave me. She gave me an explanation of every step of my care and was certain to send me to an endodontic doctor who had the same approach. I highly recommend her for your dental care especially if you have any fear of dental work. She is a blessing!
