Timberhill Dental - Corvallis

Timberhill is an exceptional dental practice! I moved two years ago from Atlanta and this practice is far superior to the care I recieved there. I highly recommend Timberhill Dental!

My wife and I have entrusted the care of our teeth to Dr. Black and his highly competent, friendly and efficient staff at Timberhill Dental since moving to Corvallis in 2005. My most recent experience was just a few days before Christmas 2021, when I broke off one of my two upper front teeth. Sandie patiently and very efficiently helped me sort out various treatment options related to end of year insurance coverage and, miraculously, was able to get me scheduled right away with another dentist to do the required root canal procedure that was needed before further work could proceed. Two days later, despite the fact that Dr. Black had no openings in his schedule for more than a month, he and his assistant, Tina, worked after closing hours to do their magic and I walked out of the office the same evening with the gaping hole in my grin filled with a beautiful new crown.

Every visit is above parr. I travel nearly an hour and it’s worth every mile.

I travel 1 1/2 hours to have my hygiene and dental care managed by Timberhill Dental. It's like visiting old friends who care about your comfort from a warm blanket to insuring you do not experience discomfort of any kind while in the chair. The entire staff informs you of why this and that is done and forever inquire if the process and results are understood. And they never fail to add an appropriate bit of humor to bring a smile to my face. Thank you Timberhill I have total trust in you.

My cleaning was great! I appreciate how kind all the staff is. Melody is always friendly and Dr. Jones explains everything clearly for a treatment plan!

I should have never started any cosmetic work. In doing so (at least from a patient's perspective) it seems one hitch created a new one, which created a new one, and so on. I have spent so much time and money, in and out of the chair. While the people there are kind, after my visit yesterday, I am over it. It seems I now have 7 issues that need to be fixed. "None of which are plaque related". They are structural cracks and breakages... All from trying to straighten one tooth with Invisalign. I'm 50 years old and doubt my teeth would have shifted in this way in the last two years on their own.

From start to finish all the staff are incredibly supportive and kind. I trust the expertise and work that Timberhill Dental provides and that is important when dealing with dental work. The staff take the extra time to explain the procedures, answer all questions and review all Xray images with me. I appreciate the way a plan is set up to priortize the work that needs to get done. The office also strategizes on the timing of treatments in an effort to get maximimum insurance coverage. Thank you! Susan

Dentists make me nervous but the staff at Timberhill are excellent at making me feel comfortable each time I’ve visited. Staff take their time to explain what they’re doing and regularly check to see if I have any questions. At my most recent visit I was examined by Dr. Lavarne who was very kind and helpful and had my cleaning done by Melody who was also wonderful. 10/10 recommend making Timberhill your new dentist.
