Always love coming here. Elena is the freaking BESTTTTTTT. Super funny and sweet, usually I have bad anxiety with the dentist but she made me feel at peace. Felt Buddhist for a second with how zen she made me feel. Super quick super easy!
Service here was exceptional and great treatment. But WARNING. They dropped my insurance halfway through my treatment plan. Leaving me with root canals and still needing crowns I could no longer afford without insurance. No heads up. Just called to schedule my next appointment and "hey you're not covered anymore". Seriously unprofessional and untrustworthy to start your care with them. They might just drop your insurance.
I love this place! I let my dental checkups lapse for a few years and was so anxious to find somewhere to go after so long that wouldn’t judge or scold me. Everyone is so so nice and seems genuinely friendly and kind. I’ve seen three different hygienists over the last couple years and they are really gentle and help me come up with doable and creative ways to improve my dental hygiene. I highly recommend them.
I had Jacky for a cleaning and was very pleased with her care. She was the most gentle dental hygienist I’ve had in my entire life (no exaggeration). There were zero stabbing sensations on my gums the entire time. She was very communicative and thoroughly explained everything she was doing. She also checked in with me and made multiple suggestions to make me feel as comfortable as possible. She couldn’t have been better. 5 stars!!! She deserves praise and a raise! I also spoke with Maddie in reception several times. She was also very helpful and wonderful. I had to have a filling redone and once work got started, Dr. Dawn was done in 5 minutes! Wonderful staff!!
